大坑不是我經常到訪的地方，但經營著不少高質素的食店。這間居酒屋剛開張不久，但已聽聞相當多的好評，決定一試。

晚上七時三十分準時到達，店內已幾乎滿座。幸好一早訂了枱，否則必定撲空而回。店子空間不大，但卻沒焗促的感覺。最印象深刻是大門玄關的設計；而店內的裝飾及佈置都讓食客感到如置身日本用餐，看得出店主花了很多心思在其中。

店主推薦的食物在點菜後不久便陸續呈上。前菜枝豆很新鮮。牛油果醬拖羅刺身算是fusion菜式吧，平常只吃慣自己預備的牛油果醬，幸好這道菜沒有令我失望，十分合我口味而且跟拖羅配搭得非常無篷。雞泡魚乾和燒魷魚筒略嫌鹹了一點，可能比較適合佐酒。燒銀鱈魚也美味，但此店最為出色的非串燒莫屬。燒牛肋及雞翼做得十分入味，而此店獨家的菜色-煙肉露荀大蝦串燒-是我最喜歡的一道。壽司拼盤也不錯。據說師傅是曾在某大酒店的主廚，功夫可見一斑；而且山葵是正宗地被師傅事先塗在魚生片下，食材又新鮮，不難做出鮮美的食物。最後送上生果拼盤而完成美妙的一餐。

下次必會再訪！

I was surprised to find that the lunch set was still available on saturday after the Kennedy Town MTR station started functioning. And the price was still kept at the same - $128 for 2 course and $138 for 3 course meal. The beef salad was average with no complaints. The miso glazed salmon with caramelized turnip and pickled chayote (on potato mash) was super delicious! The salmon steak was thick and juicy without excessive oil. The miso glaze was the highlight.  It was prepared even better than some Japanese resturants. When it came to dessert, I couldn't believe an extra $10 dessert could be so decent and satisfying. The banana crumble came jn a medium sized bowl with generous amount of crumble, baked banana and a scoop of chocolate ice cream on top.

There are too many over-priced places around Kennedy town and Sai ying pun. For $140 in the weekend, it is almost impossible for you to get such high CP ratio meal sets in other similar shops. I highly appreciate this resturant in maintaining their standard and at the same time keeping the prices reasonable.

This cafe is operated by the group running corner kitchen cafe in Sheung Wan. It is even better because it opens earlier and opens everyday! With value set lunches and excellent breakfast and brunch options. Healthy and delicious like the various creative salads and vegetarian dishes. Of course more meaty options are available too eg the juicy beef burger and sweet potato fries (my favourite)!
The service is good with friendly staff. Water is either refilled quickly by staff or you can get a bottle of water by yourself. It will definitely be my canteen in Central!juicy beef burger with fries: almost the best burger in town! The beef patty is well done being chewy, fresh and very thick! The bun is soft and rich in wheat flavour. Their fries are hand cut and taste good too!Brownie cake included in lunch set: very moist and rich in cocoa flavour! cant imagine this good quality dessert is complimentary in a lunch setChicken meatloaf: the patty was a bit of dry but the taste was alright when topped with tomato salsaSurprisingly good corn soup and smoked bacon. Hot summer calls for refreshing excitements, and Mexican food is always one of those. This branch of Little Burro is located in Sheung Wan with plenty of indoor seats. The inner design is simple and spacious. Just one minor drawback - there were quite a lot of food debris and few small flying insects inside the shop when I arrived close to noon time...maybe related to a late night party? Anyway, I successfully picked a relatively cleaner seat. You first choose the base type: burrito, rice bowl, salada or taco. Then choose the filling: pork, beef, chicken or vegetarian (black beans + guacamole ...yay!). For burrito or rice bowl, choose the rice type: lime rice or brown rice. Finally decide on spicy level. I ordered a burrito for $75. I love the fact that you can request for whole wheat wrap or spinach wrap rather than plain flour type, which is exclusive in Little Burro. I decided for vegetarian as I was craving for guacamole and it costs extra $25 for non-vegetarian fillings. I also decided for medium level of spiciness. Waited for less than 10min, the wrap was served inside foil held by a basket, being huge, hot and colourful. There were loads of fresh greens, corn, black beans with sour cream, guacamole and cheese in it. I on top added some spicy sauce as the taste of the lime rice was a bit bland. Otherwise the wrap itself was excellent. I could finish it and felt very satisfied. Guilt free!

This cafe is spacious and home-like. Their food is really fresh and tasty yet priced reasonably and never disappoints me. Came for a late weekend brunch with my friend and we ordered the avocado egg toast ($98) and roasted organic chicken with 2 salads ($138), which I chose broccoli and romaine. The portion was large, presentation was attractive and they tasted really delicious with the fresh ingredients. What brought me extra delight was the pomegranate seeds that came with the romaine salad. Nothing to complain about the food. The service was really good too. We felt laid back here and felt no pressure from the staff. We really like this place, which is not only good for the elderly, but also good for people searching for authentic organic healthy food. Vegetarian options are also  numerous. Highly recommended.

Organic restaurants are blossoming around HK, which is a good news to me. It is important to find out which of them are authentic and which of them are not. Locofama has gained my trust and confidence. Food is reasonably priced, service is good and the dishes are always wonderful. There are no better ways to prepare a delicious dish than to get the first step right - to use fresh ingredients. The kale salad ($78) with seared salmon (+$40) tasted awesome and the dressing was light and healthy. There were some pine nuts too which are my favourite! The zucchini pasta with mushroom, green peas and onion is an excellent vegetarian dish, which comes with soup + dessert in the set lunch @ $128. The pasta was al dente, the sauce was just salty and creamy enough to add complexity to this supposingly simple dish. Overall I would highly recommend this restaurant for both meat lovers and vegetarians. Make sure to try their lunch menu for more valued deals.

Bagels are my favourite kind of bakery for breakfast. Not many restaurants serve multigrain bagel and few prepare them well by perfect toasting and putting in generous amount of cream cheese in the bagel for you before you eat. Each multigrain bagel costs $20, with additional $6 you can get the cream cheese. There is free lemon water upstairs that you can help yourself with. The service is good, and this cafe's atmosphere makes you feel comfortable and can sit there as long as you like. Good cafe for a budget and guaranted breakfast.

3 of us ordered the Acai berry bowl, Lemon chia seed waffle and the GP burger. The best is the waffle and the worst is the burger. Let's talk about the waffle first. It is priced at $108 and I have to say this combination of ingredients is creative and surprisingly good. However the food was not hot enough and the condensed milk was way too sweet to be regarded as healthy. The pistacchio bits were a bit too tiny. Overall this dish did bring us delight. For the acai berry bowl ($98), again it was way too sweet and we couldn't really taste the acai flavour in it. The fruits were in tiny amount and the whole thing was served in a bowl only slightly larger than a cup. The buckwheat groats tasted good and nutty. This dish was average. The worst dish was the GP burger ($108). We were so disappointed as the burger was as small as a Maxim bun and the patty was so oily and greasy without much real food to be tasted. The salad on the side was average. This must be the burger with the lowest CP ratio in town. If yoh have to pay $108 for a veggie burger, forget about it and rather go for the lemon chia seed waffle which was more reasonable. But still, all food items were way way overpriced.

It's a weekend morning, and I have been suffering from work-related depression and recently been to a few restaurants being so overpriced with bad food. I decided to treat myself in this nice spot in Kennedy town. 
It only opens in the morning during the weekends, with another brunch menu which can be found in their website. I decided to go for BWT - stands for bacon, water cress, tomato in fried white bread + japanese mayo and served with potato fries ($128). I also ordered a glass of iced mint tea ($40). When the food came I knew I picked the right thing. The food's presented on a wooden tray. The sandwich bread was fried to golden yellow colour, and it was loaded with HUGE amount of watercress and bacon. They tasted so fresh and well matched. The fries was put in a separate metal bucket and it was normal. The mint iced lemon tea was refreshing and I could taste no added sugar in it. The staff's service was excellent too. For this price, it definitely is an excellent deal. I won't go to other places for weekend brunch in the future.

聰明的飲食真的很重要。人愈大，愈多病痛出現，而且新陳代謝愈來愈慢，若不在食物選擇上下苦功，必會釀出很多都市病。從朋友口中得知上環最近開了這間 主打 kale 食品的餐廳，正合我心意。一入門口是舒服的自然光，窗外是繁忙的中上環街景，別有格調。選了 $98 set,包括2個 slider 和 沙律，另要了一杯 loco shake ($45). Slider 的包可選原味或竹炭味，而餡料就有牛、雞、falafel or tofu. 店員主動遞上凍水，又熱情介紹食物，連 loco shake 的甜度及口感都可選擇，非常貼心。沙律有 kale, beetroot, quinoa 3款，都很新鮮，dressing 也不油膩。點slider的原因是突然起burger癮，而 slider 的size 就正正符合我這複雜想吃得健康但又矛盾想吃邪惡 burger 的心情 XD。chicken 配原味漢堡包，sauce 很清新！我更愛 falafel, 配竹炭味漢堡包， falafel patty 口感很特別，豆味也很濃郁！非常滿意！最後是店員很推薦的 loco shake. 不添加糖，甜味來自 date and coconut milk. 我要求要少甜又大顆口感，果然足料，啖啖椰子肉，而且有2片牛油果增加口感。食完所有食物後飽了很久，建議下次可點1個 slider + salad/ fries +/- drink
但所有食物都是 good calorie, 所以沒有罪惡感！
