I have been in search for the best pho and bahn mi in hong kong since i moved here 2 months ago. Now i know the local resturants have to cater to the local pallet i get that. I ordered a bhan me sub only one flavour here, the bread was good was good the pickled carrets and cucumber had no taste this sub was very bland no tatse of liver patay very dry sub i give this sub a 4 out of 10. I have pretty high standards coming from vancouver canada. But i have also had bahn mi all over the world i hope this isnt the best that hong kong has to offer.
