First of all, the waiting time was extremely long. That aside, the staff were not very friendly and displayed their frustration over the overwhelming crowd through their hasty service. The main problem would still be the food my friends and I ordered, which were disappointing. After all the hype this place have received, I expected much more than mediocre~below average food and desserts. The strawberry waffle definitely looks appealing but the taste did not live up to it's visual. The waffle was very thick and rather tasteless and the syrup was just sugary sweet, lacking any authentic flavour.
