Waffills (銅鑼灣)

I have tried many waffle shops in HK.
This is one of the best waffle I have ever tried.
The waffle using a very special recipe to cook.
The taste was amazing.

I also like what they choose for the ice cream.
This ice cream brand is very yummy, totally matched with the waffle.

The white chocolate with baked apple inside the waffle is also one of great experience.

The price is fair, but there are only few seats available in the shop.
This definetely is one of the best Waffle in town!

La Crêperie (上環)

I think this is one of the best place to have crepe.
In fact, Hong Kong does not have a lot of places to enjoy the traditional french crepe.
La creperie provides lots of choices for crepe lovers.
I recommend the crepe with Nutella,
Nutella with ice cream are the best choice for crepe.
The waiters are also very friendly, so if you want to have a place for chilling, La creperie is one of the good place

You can also try to bring your own wine, the cockage is only 150.

This crepe can take your breathe away!!

拉麵Jo (銅鑼灣)

JO拉麵係我本人十分喜愛的一間拉麵，
服務態度不錯，
好食嘅拉麵不需要多種類，
一個款已經好足夠，

Jo 嘅湯底非常濃，非常有豬骨味，
叉燒肥瘦均勻，入口感覺非常好，
糖心蛋亦都煮得非常好，

本人十分推薦豬骨原味，
拉麵一定要特硬，因為麵本身好幼，
所以好吸湯，特硬麵吸少少湯口感會非常好！
