在『九號水產』裡唯一的中餐廳,亦是當晚唯一可說是好生意的一家餐館,其它日式餐館好像都沒有什麼人。 我們都沒點什麼貴菜,最貴的也只是『黑松露醬生拆鮮蝦炒滑蛋』(HK$268)。本人一向很喜歡蝦仁炒蛋,所以要看看$268的蝦仁炒蛋味道怎樣😁 結果味道很不錯,蝦仁很大,吃起來很過癮、也很可口。但最上面一小撮的黑松露就不知道有什麼作用,根本不需要它的存在。沒有黑松露,價錢不知會否顯著降低,這不就『益街坊』了嘛?! 此外,『粵式老火湯』味道不怎麼樣,也許應該叫其它的湯。我對那個『子薑菠蘿炒鴿甫』期望甚殷,但子薑似乎最多,我不知道自己是否正在吃鴿肉,有點失望。 『蟹肉瑤柱蛋白炒飯』當飯吃,相當不俗。還有一碟好像叫『黑椒雜菌廣島蠔』的,價錢適中,味道肥美,可謂『抵食』也! 推介美食: 黑椒雜菌廣島蠔

The food is slightly on the expensive side (the median price of dishes seems ~HK$80 or so) but there are also cheaper ones to pick ... In any case, the food is not spectacularly good or anything close to it. But the most memorable part is their indifference when you called them to order food or something. At the beginning when we first arrived, there were not that many people. When we tried to call people's attention as we wanted to order, we saw people taking time to rearrange the chairs while ignoring us. We needed to wave our hands hard or sometimes shout out loud ... Later on when the tables were filled, it's even more difficult to get their attention. When my friend asked why a dessert hadn't come, my friendly softly told me she felt that the waitress was not going to check on it --- it's just an unproven/non-scientific feeling but it revealed the state of one's mind or the accumulated frustration at that instant. Luckily, that bowl of dessert came soon afterwards. Obviously, I can't really recommend this restaurant to anybody.
