星期六,朋友介紹,電話訂座。 小店尚算寬敞,環境舒適,店內有日式小店風情,店長員工全女班。 食物質素不錯,十分新鮮、即叫即燒,有料飯團和燒年糕值得一試,外脆內軟,朋友大力推介,本人也十分喜歡,店長細心提醒要趁熱食,冷烏冬夠彈牙,十分正宗,燒牛舌爽口,份糧適中, 免治雞肉串内有脆脆軟骨,十分有𡁻口,燒河豚乾鮮甜帶魚香,燒雞翼皮脆,係心水推介之一。 此店係用心嘅家庭小店。服務不算熱情,十分隨意,價錢十分合理。 推介美食: 燒鰻魚飯團, 冷烏冬, 燒雞翼 評分: 味道 4 環境 4 服務 4 衛生 4 抵食 4

已點菜式: 雞串燒 - 有少少雞肉未熟, 有強烈雪味, "酥酥地" 冬蔭公 - ok 芒果蟹肉炒飯 - 要等埋隔離枱order一齊炒, 但唔熱, 魚毛般細小的蟹肉, 味淡 蝦球金邊粉 - 蝦球過老, 唔爽, 勁茄汁味, 份量ok 蝦餅 - 唔彈牙, 薄肉, 配無味酸甜汁 椰汁西米糕 - 部份西米未熟透, 不透明,見白色. 味道ok 埋單$560. 偏貴, i- thai or 香辣屋 好過佢,平過佢. D度食location和舖租, 服務一般,侍應做野好趕, 要一小時交枱, 早知去food court.

It is always fully booked for dinner time. So, we had late lunch after 2pm. The decor is nice and service is good. However, we don't have many choices from the menu. We order set lunch with salad, pasta and coffee. Salad is fresh. Pasta is like food court quality. The best thing is no service charge. Of course, the waiter and waitress are quite helpful that you are willing to tip them well. So far, it is a beautiful restaurant with average quality of food.

This is my first time to Sift. It was recommended by friends that the chef studied in France. So, tonight we were a group of 4 waiting for our Bar table for 15 - 20 mins. Most of the customers were Chinese and Indians. So, we ordered 4 different dessert. And we saw the staff preparing them in front of us. It is clean and tidy. However, I would say the dessert presentation is "trying too hard" to be French. And the taste is just so so. I ordered the one called Pistachio XXXX. It is like pistachio cream + cherries on 5 biscuits. It costs me $70-80. It seems no skills at all. Overall, the service is good. the hygiene seems ok. But the most important is you can get a better dessert from a lot of SOHO restaurants.

予約晚上6:30,4人晚餐, 其他客人提早約15至20分鐘在門外等侯,一進餐廳,被漂亮裝修及長木枱吸引,算是非常寬敞,去過日本有米芝連星的Omakase,好幾間十分擠迫, 再翻查網上訪問,才知道長枱、櫈、掛畫、門口裝飾都一絲不苟。 飯 比較乾身,有嚼勁,偏酸,是師傅用心調製,我們很喜歡,很能帶起魚的鮮味。由前菜到壽司到達水平, 每件壽司都用心加上小點綴,中間加一塊大葉/ 紫菜,口感味道又完全不同,以$1688 晚餐omakase 來說, 非常合理。 甜品非常可口, 大部分Omakase 甜品可能是sobert / 水果/ 甜蛋, mochi 加 綠茶甜品非常美味。網上看過其他食客照片, 原來師傅會隨季節,用不同 葉/花裝飾。 最後一提,兩位都是日藉師傅,老師傅能說廣東話、英語,年輕師傅能說英語。兩位工作認真,偶爾說說笑,加上有一位甜美日藉服務員,非常細心,知道家母不能喝綠茶,常為她添熱水。服務令人滿意。
