That is exactly what I want – the long missed Pendang Chicken. Suddenly ordered by my Mom that I had to do away beef in my diet, the dish that I miss most is the Pendang Beef. It’s so nice that I can order Pendang Chicken in this restaurant – my long missed flavor. Another plus is the deskinned chicken in this dish. Frankly speaking, it will be a difficult task to distinguish the skin and the flesh in the dark-sauce. Though the appearance doesn’t look attractive at all, I really miss the taste of it so much.
The other dish is also mouth-watering. The Assam Laksa is superb for a refreshing summer meal for its sour unique flavor. However it would be more attractive with a little more fish inside. The Roti Canai is crispy but not oily, it goes well with curry. The stir-fried morning glory is also nice. In general, we are happy with the quality of food but the meal is a bit over-priced at nearly $300 for 2 with 1 Assam Laksa, 1 Pendang Chicken, 1 stir-fried morning glory. 1 Roti Canai, 1 plain rice, 1 coconut drink + 1 Lemon Bailey. The staff there is also nice and friendly.

Lardos will always remain as my favourite restaurant. and if I have the chance to return to Tseung Kwan O, I will revisit this restaurant for sure.

Some may find the restaurant a bit crowded and closely packed but I really like the cosy atmosphere in there. The food is nice as well. Highly recommended is the soup. Since it is served in a mug, my colleagues always like to hold it in their hands on cold winter days. Other than soup, they also serve salad as the appetizer.

As for the main course, there are three choices, usually A is the steak and C is the pasta, as for B, sometimes they offer fish, sometimes pork chops, mutton or chicken. You can have fried chips/smashed potatoes/rice/spaghetti. My mom loves the fries as they are thick and freshly made. The smashed potatoes is creamy. As I'm a weight-watcher, I always ask for salad and the portion is generous.

When one is so fed up with food offered in chain store, the production of a special little shop with character is attractive, especially when the price of a set lunch is offered at $65 per set including appetizer, a main course plus a drink and a warm smile from one of the working staff there!

I will miss the restaurant.

As yogurt is getting more and more popular, yogurt shops are flourishing. Among all of them, I will recommend the one, YoMaMa in City Super of Causeway Bay. Actually I’m a big fan of all milk products, especially a fanatic of ice-cream, yoghurt from Yo MaMa can be seen as a real substitute of ice-cream since I need to watch over my weight. It is creamy and the texture is most similar with ice-cream. Two flavours are served – green tea and original. As a health conscious person, I pick the original flavor served with blueberries and almond flakes. There are also two sizes – regular ($28) and a big one $ (33). The first topping is free of charge and $5 for each extra topping. The blueberries are fresh and they blend so well with the creamy, hard slightly sour yoghurt. Nothing can go better with such combination.

It’s a pity that seats are not available and the salespersons are often very busy with the customers and so not much smile can be detected from their faces. Still it is the best cooling dessert that I highly recommend!

As I was picking a place to celebrate the birthday of my beloved apple (the son of my best friend), I came across a piece of article in Eat Weekly recommending this place - Sunday Brunch with magic show for kids at a cost of $500 each with a 30% discount if using Hang Seng Visa or Hong Kong Bank Visa. Also the price of the kid is free with the companionship of 2 adults. I think it's a good choice and so I made the booking.

We arrived at around 12:30 p.m. (though it starts at 11:30 a.m.) and there were not many people. It's an open kitchen and there's a good selection of appetizers (with Alaskan crab legs, oyseters, mussels, sushi, salads, etc. There was a an abudance supply of soft and hard cheese and caviar as well. A dim sum trolley serving the very typical Chinese dim sum was also included. It served roast pork and I was delighted since I don't eat beef. What impressed me was the BBQ corner with very nice tiger prawns (refer to the pciture). The oysters were small but since I do not fancy oysters, the choice was fine with me. They also served sausages, steak and a selection of BBQ food.

It was a pity that the special area for magic show was closed for private birthday party. The magician had to go around the tables instead. He performed balloon art for kids and so he was very busy. The boy was a bit restless while he was waiting for the magician and especially when he was full. Forturnately the restaurant is spacious and there's a green meadow outside with a running fountain running through. The setting caught the boy's attention and so he could The boy at least could get out and roamed around.

Last but not least, free valet parking was offered for 2 hours free. $60 would be charged for extra hour. At first we planned to park at the other end of Cyberport after 2 hours but it was a bit complicated when we were tied up by the boy. NO extra money was charged when we got the car, except a $20 tips.

I was very happy with this place and was quite unprepared when I went through some very negative comments about this restaurant. To be frank, I intend to recommend my friends going there as I think it's a good bargain for such high quality food. Maybe it's worth a try !

座落着土瓜灣的小巷哀，特別週遭的環境是大大小小的車房，蘇三荼室彷彿是沙漠中的清泉ｏ內裏的環境更是很有味道，看得出店主是花了很多心思ｏ懷舊的擺設，很高的樓底，微黄的燈光，紟人的印象是忘記時問的流逝ｏ最可惜光顧那天是星期六接近晚餐的時間，店主正忙於準備餐，因此我們只可以點甜品及飲料ｏ

order了熱檸水及涑檸水，還有花生糕，腐乳厚多士 & creme brulee，質素是好的，前兩種食物也是新的口味，因此也頗為推廌這裒的下午茶ｏ

正在此店影相之際，侍應生不斷有禮貌地提醒我們不要影到店主，我想蘇三是頗有性格的ｏ

我想若要消磨一個下午，此處是一佪很好的選擇ｏ

那天是我爸爸閠五月的生日，order了很多餸。有冬瓜盅 ($28, 超低！), 有上湯蝦伊麵，炸子雞，一條細班仔，還有滑滑山水豆腐and 百花球，清清地好好味。不過在叫餸時已經order my壽飽因怕等太耐，兩個老人家眼瞓，但有叫等於冇叫，催了又催，等了半過小時才到。這是遺一美中不足的地方！整體來說是很ok的。
