I ate the raw beef pho and the taste was very authentic. The broth had depth and fragrance with a delicate meaty flavour. The serving size was very good and the bowl arrived piping hot. The spring rolls were crispy and full of flavour.... I had a classic Thai green curry. The portion was very small, the taste was not really authentic and was quite bland and salty. Rice had to be ordered separately and the portion was small. The value for money was poor, especially cons... Unfortunately this is just another poor attempt at replicating Vietnamese food in Hong Kong.
