自我介紹
本人喜歡吃多國菜，品嚐不同國家食物；怕食肥膩食物，少油、少糖和少卡路里食物。

手瓜起展，食野唔駛俾錢！

沒有印象食的經歷不會寫食評，本人最想去的世界十大品牌酒店的其中三間食自助晚餐盡情快樂、本人喜愛游泳、水上活動和看雜誌等書籍。

本人學前飲食節目《街坊廚神》裡的港男在夏季身穿背心show〝老鼠仔〞來試食，不過在朋友之中我一雙手瓜的二頭筋是最粗的所以有時上街試食我的一雙手瓜被人當作健壯的盾牌手持著。
