This new Vietnamese restaurant is certainly creating a buzz in Tai Koo. It's always busy at lunchtimes during the week so we expected a long wait for the table. It was a difficult choice as everything in the menu looked so good. I cho... I referred to the menu on the website and was really looking forward to the lunch buffet.
