Mind you, Coffee is such a dedicate and sensitive drink that even the best barista in the world cant guarantee every cup he or she prepares are the same, adding the fact that everybody precieves taste and aroma differently, the coffee reviews I wrote only refect the shot that i had in certain space time and could only give you a very very very rough idea how it will taste like in your tongue. Yes I work in Taikoo Place, and it's sad that there was absolutely no good stable espresso in the area. While the milk drinks of Epoch is almost top class in HK standard, their Espresso is never stable enough, let alone good. S... Long story short, 在一日的咖啡 Quota 差不多用盡之前，我在 Fuel order 了杯 Espresso。 女店員用 Dark blend 拉了一 shot 很滿 crema 但顏色不算漂亮的 Espresso 給我，一口喝下去，又是這種味  ，這咖啡的 Taste profile 和 Oscar...上一篇食評剛登了出來，那邊廂的我已經再去多一次 Oscar 了。 今日到達的時候剛開舖不久，Barista 換了一位大男生。應該是第一位客人吧，我先點了一杯 Latte，男生試了 Shot 熱身後才沖煮 (讚!) 同也倒了杯 Lemon Water (也是讚!) 清...
