a few random things: food comes first, but dining is an overall experience... i look for quality, not quantity... 'quality for price' is paramount... the food experience in hk isn't as great as it should be - we can all work harder... This used to be one of the finest dim sum experiences in HK. Nowadays, the food doesn't seem to be the focus - don't get me wrong, it's still ok, but for the price, I'd go to Fook Lam Moon anyday.
