Through the magazine, I knew about Hainan Shaoye and the chef is a great chef from Singapore. Also, from my friends, i gotta know that the owner of this restaurant is a very young man. I was so interested as there arnt much restaurant ... Like I said earlier, how much I was disappointed at Shanghai Fraternity Association 上海總會because of its poor performance.
