最鐘意呢到既沙爹湯底，香氣撲鼻，每次都越滾越濃，加幾多次水都冇問題。叫左星級機切肥牛。色澤均勻，因為厚切的關係，雖算不上是入口即溶，但牛味濃郁且充滿牛香，以一百六十八元的水準，好過輝哥好多倍。最好食都係炸魚皮，應該係用深海魚皮連骨炸，香脆有... This is the third time I went to this restaurant. The first time I found the tuna very good, then the chocolate dessert super; for the second time, the tuna seems ok, but not the dessert, too hard and overcooked, for the third time, the... My first encounter with La maison du chocolate was about my friend's description: "I will never bring my girl friend to La maison du chocolate again coz it will cost me a fortune."
