 2011-06-14Amuse Bouche (Wan Chai)
Located on the 22nd floor of a renovated building in Wan Chai close to the gas station, there were 11 of us celebrating a colleague's birthday. I had never heard of this place so did not know what to expect. Walking in we were led to... We went there on a Monday night as we wanted to try some "upscale" ramen. Firstly, let's get the one big negative out of the way - the ramen here is the most expensive ramen I have ever eaten. $100+ just for the ramen and then... We got there a little earlier than opening time for dinner and the first thing the waitress told us was there were no sushi and rice dishes.
