It has opened my mind a lot. Because of our fortunate positions, and the slowly increasing ability to comment on some types of Japanese cuisine (that's the only thing which I know something about through my wife), we have decided to put more effort to discover and comment on affordable yet good quality Japanese food. The other side of the coin is to comment on Japanese restaurants that are overpriced, or providing low quality food at a high price! If you want to enjoy Japanese cuisines (or any type of cuisine), whether alone or with your loved ones, make sure your hard earned money is well spent on good quality restaurants. Don't waste your time and money on restaurants which are not worth it! I tend to focus on Japanese food because we have many Japanese contacts through my wife.
