This is guhualun living in Sheung Shui.I am a Senior Engineer, work in Mainland. I like to hang out in Tsim Sha Tsui, Mong Kok, Sheung Shui. Hong Kong Style, Jingchuanhu, Japanese are my favorite cuisines. I also love Hotel Restaurant, Japanese Cafe, Chinese Restaurant and Robatayaki, Dim Sum, Seafood.

因為KC的書令我去一些平時不會去的地方, 這一次去大坑試試其茶餐廳的質素 (另外一間是炳記). 看到這裏的肉餅好評如潮, 便即場點了咸蛋肉塔, 賣相得易, 肉塔肥瘦適中, 但始終沒有馬碲及香菇及肥肉偏多, 質地太"琳", 醬油太多偏咸, 不是我所喜愛的肉...

是日試食第二站, 在這隱藏在灣仔的粥麵小店, 想試一試它的粥品是否值得米芝蓮推介. 來了一碟鮮魚皮, 相比新興棧不夠爽脆, 有點靭, 味道還可以. 肉丸魚片粥, 粥是綿有米香, 但沒有生滾的味道, 不太喜歡它的肉丸, 像機械打造的不彈牙及有少許味精, 魚片不太新...
