100 Bites  

Wanted to try this Western style of Honeymoon dessert for long.

My first impression is that all the desserts are very nice-looking. I've spent quite a long time to choose... ...

Eventually, I've choose

(1) Orange chocolate mousse cake: Nicely decorated. Rich orange taste, but not chocolate taste. Not smooth enough, not a deep impression to me

(2) Caramel banana pancake with cream: a typical banana pancake, but added with caramel and a new look. They will make it instantly after you ordered it. The taste of caramel comes very well with the banana pancake. I like it. But the cream was a bit melted as the pancake is served hot. Nice looking too.

(3) Cream Brulee tart (Take away): The size is tiny. A bit over-priced for its size. The tart is thin and crispy. It tastes not bad, but not an amazing taste that I will remember for long.

(4) Lemon Tart (Take away): The size is tiny too. I think that's why the shop is called 100 'bites'. It's good for people who want sweets but is rather full after dinner. I like the great sour taste. I think it's hard to find a lemon tart that tastes badly?? Lemon tarts of Starbucks & LGB are both great!!! But this is the most sour one of them all.

Overall comment: The environment of the restaurant is great and comfortable. But you are only allowed to sit for 1 hour during peak times. The desserts are all nicely presentated and decorated. They even nicely decorated the plate (please see the photo). I am sure most of the girls will love it.

However, the taste is not as great as the outlook. I can say it's not bad, but it's a bit overprized for it's size. I think the prices are more less the same as other famous cake shops such as Agnes b. cafe,Paul Lafayet. But I have a better impression of the later ones because of the tastes and their sizes are a bit bigger too.
