    晚餐時段去開 iSquare '搵食'時都會見到Baby Cafe 有十零廿人响門口等位, 一直都有興趣嚟試吓, 因為其實睇過好多Openrice食評都話呢度唔係純粹"虛有其表", 碟頭略細是預期之內的了; 但好多食評都有寫其出品同招呼唔錯, 隨緣啦~

    今日下午茶時段嚟開呢區, 我和親友一行幾人, 即管睇吓有無位先, 閒日下午時段OK喎, 安排我哋坐响樣似'鳥籠的座位, 幾特別呀, 而且係梳化椅都幾舒服!

    我哋分別叫咗幾客下午茶餐, 不同款式不同價錢, 大概都係四十幾至六十幾元之間. 我叫的是拿破崙跟草莓雪糕, $48元連一杯咖啡或茶, 加一即係五十多元, 貴嗎? 唔係去快餐店同茶餐廳, 係咁上下價錢了。。。算可接受呢! 我的拿破崙, 吉士cream幾易入口, 唔太甜, 但可惜最重要的外皮造得太薄了, 脆是夠脆, 但無咩層次感, 不是我喜歡的拿破崙, 雪糕似乎是H記的, OK就是了! 整體都是'尚可'. 一直以來, 如果同親友出外用餐我係唔會碟碟都影、'相機食先'...因為都要顧及有啲人唔喜歡咁嘅, 所以親友的"心太軟"沒影相, 朱古力有流心但蛋糕唔夠香, 某某話: [普普通通都尚可以啦! 杯熱咖啡就好香濃, 唔錯! ] 咁喎! 另外兩位叫了BABY九式share 好似係$98元 (個名唔係好記得係咪咁), 有不同款式的迷你mousse cake、啫喱糕、小蛋糕、餅仔、mousse 杯咁, 上枱真係好似好吸引, 但親友食過就話睇落好正, 但問佢好唔好味呀? 佢哋話: [一般喎 shocked ] 問佢哋有邊款特別好味, 佢哋就話杯芒果MOUSSE最香, 其他都係一啖一口無咩印象...我就有少少流口水, 因為咁多款'晒冷'放响面前又真係好吸引o架o麻...總括而言, 食物都係presentation 做得唔錯, 但唔會有咩覺得: [嘩~好好味, 下次要再來吃這個、或吃那個...] 咁囉...

    招呼我哋呢個範圍嘅侍應係後生仔, 態度唔錯亦有求必應, 要水有水要柯打即埋位, OK, Good! 如果純粹以下午茶餐來看。。。如果你要打發時間悠閒地坐一下午, 呢處應該幾好, 環境唔嘈, 坐耐些相信都唔會有人趕你, 所以花幾十元一客下午茶係可以坐到'值回票價'的, 但我哋幾位要Shopping, '醫飽肚'就走了, 都無人嫌貴, 即係pass 啦! smile

    星期二第一次食BABY CAFE, 不用等位.
    每人叫了一個set, 買單每人$150

    Size
    份量不多, 女仔就應該夠食
    我們叫了一set "紙包魚", 魚的份量只有手掌大, 沒有飯, 意粉, 薯仔配, 如果只點這個餐, 絕對不夠食

    味道
    "紙包魚": 因為用紙包著, 所以打開時有好多汁, 但就沒有味道,所以 不值這個價格, 也不推介
    "牛排": 好味, 雖然要加$20, 但這是這一餐最好味的
    "baby 三食": OK, 可以一試
    "海鮮意大利飯" : 飯偏硬, 但魚就意外的好食, 好味過上面的 "紙包魚"

    The name 'Angelababy' should be a familiar luminary in the social media, being a Hong Kong-based Chinese artist that shot to fame years back and even earned the title of 'Hong Kong Goddess' in Japan. Label me prejudiced, somehow, I am not quite exactly a fan of celebrity cafes. They came across to me more as a proposition for awareness and marketing rather than an avenue of fine gourmet in most instances. On that basis, I do admit that we carried a great sense of scepticism prior to our visit at iSQUARE. Will our perception change after this visit?

    Quite naturally, a pretty face is paramount when it comes to the world of modelling. It would be difficult to miss the eatery with a full blown picture of 'Angelababy' donning the facade of the restaurant. As we arrived early before the dining peak period at about 6pm, there were no problems for a table for two as we were promptly ushered to our seats.

    The first thing that came to our mind upon being shown to our table was that the adjacent tables beside were uncomfortably close and quite frankly, any gossips or chatter could be easily picked up. The set dinner came at $128/person for a two course meal and a free 'drink of the day' though you have the option to top up for a smoothie or one of their speciality drinks. For the two courses, you choose from between a salad or soup of the day (from the A option) and a main course from the B option. The formula is pretty much option A + B = 'Angelababy'. Right..let us move on to the food proper!

    Salad of the Day
     
    The salad of the day was plain, simple and honest. Spotting the usual rocket leaves, leafy vegetables, sliced boiled eggs and cherry tomatoes, it was the balsamic dressing that deserved the attention. The salad was crisp and fresh but the balance in complex flavours from the balsamic vinegar was sublime, maintaining the natural sweet and sour elements of the cooked grape juice with hints of wood from the casks. The balsamic vinegar was rich, glossy and deep brown in colour, which was more than acceptable by our standards. Despite the outstanding dressing, the salad could do with a touch of grated cheese just to enrich the flavours.

    Soup of the Day
     
    With a tantalizing teaser from the salad, we were expecting a creamy soup to nourish our taste buds. We were however left largely disappointed with their rendition of mushroom truffle soup. First up, there was a lack of any truffle taste not to mention fragrance. The mushroom soup tasted mediocre and quite frankly, I would draw comparison with Campbell soup. While the croutons were a good touch to the soup, it was sparing and few. What was not captured in the photo was the excessive fingerprints and marks on the plate which was quite a stark eye-sore under the spotlight (which seemed like the only lighting at the restaurant) It was one of those rare occasions where we did not finish food served on our plates, and this was unfortunately so.

    The serving of bread rolls was a pleasant gesture. It was not stated on the menu but the warm black sesame bread rolls tasted fresh. I have my reservations whether they were freshly baked or rather just reheated and served. Nonetheless, it went well with a dash of the slightly salted butter or just on its own with a strong lingering aroma of the black sesame.

    Seared salmon fillet tartare

    Tartare in general means in finely chopped portions and to be eaten raw. We enjoyed the salmon fillet the way it was prepared, where the surface was lightly seared yet not overly done while the raw inside was tender and 'melt-in-your-mouth'. The freshness of the fish was prime and it had a mildly sweet tangerine sauce that served to please the palate rather than overwhelm.

    While the eggs were perfectly cooked remaining moist, slightly runny and creamy, it also had a strong 'eggy' fragrance. The toast was sharply crisp but the bread was dull and pedestrian to say the least. The taste of the truffle was present but sorely lacking as a dominating flavour of the taster.

    Spaghetti with tomato sauce

    It flawed severely, presentation wise, with the tomato sauce splashed onto the sides of the plate. The portion of grated cheese atop the spaghetti could certainly be more. Quite frankly, the pasta was passable and similar to what a home-made version would taste like, nothing too surprising.

    Poisson en Papillote Lemon Sole in a Spring Vegetable Nage, Oolong Tea
     
     
    Poisson en Papillote refers to 'fish in parchment' as seen in the pictures. The lemon sole was contained in the paper parchment before being baked on a cast iron skillet. Within the paper parchment is a spring vegetable flavoured broth used for poaching the lemon sole, where the broth is then reduced and thickened with butter. It is a brilliant technique to cook a tender fish like lemon sole where both steaming and braising are used to ensure that the fish is perfectly cooked and tender. Apart from being health-conscious where it is generally low in fat, cooking by this method infuses the entire packet with the herbs and additions like white wine and vegetables. Where the cooking is done internally within the parchment through steaming, it prevents the fish from drying itself out.

    Enough rave over the technique employed, the lemon sole was delicate, tender and moist. Coupled with the mashy sliced yellow courgettes and peas (probably slightly overcooked), the overall texture of the dish was 'soft'. While the fish was beautifully cooked, the reduced broth was too salty for our palate. It required some washing down with a drink after every two servings or so. Even though some oolong tea leaves were in the broth and spotted on the fillet, we could barely taste or smell the fragrance of the tea. Great technique, but the flavours certainly need some tweaking.

    This was the free drink of the day, and served warm, it was an especially pleasing drink for the lady for she was having a bad throat. It was a beautiful blend in terms of fragrance and the mild sweetness from the honey made it a surprisingly good drink.

    This drink offered a refreshing twist to the meal and the fruits worked in unison to create a naturally sweet smoothie which felt 'healthy'. The blended ice was smooth and for some reason, it kept luring me back for a second sip and it was not too long that we emptied it!
     
    With black and white as the two primary colours to set the tone of the restaurant, it was clean, chic and mesmerizing in a peculiarly good fashion. The photographs within the frames shown above would change periodically which instil a feeling of motion and 'life' within the restaurant.
     
    We believe reservations are a must if you wish to get one of these 'comfy-looking' armchairs or within the spherical dome, which seemed like a good catch-up spot with friends or for the ladies over some afternoon tea.
    Supplementary Information:
    The waiting staffs were attentive and quick to respond. Some hits and misses on the food tried though the two fish dishes tried were done beautifully and memorable. The interior of the restaurant was actually pretty small but the clever usage of mirrors helped amplify the space available. Overall, the ambiance was good but I would avoid visiting during peak dining periods for the close proximity between the tables was quite a deterring factor to say the least. This Western and Japanese fusion themed cafe did prove us wrong to a certain extent for surprisingly, we enjoyed our dinner fare pretty much.

    我知道這是名人angelabay 所開的baby cafe,水準相信不錯,價錢也是較貴的,這晚我們每人都要$150

    我們每人都叫了set dinner, 說到前菜,我沒有拍下照片,我選擇了雞肉沙律,的確不錯,沙律新鮮,而且雞肉也是非常美味的。友人選了黑松露湯,他說味道不錯,意想不到的好味和特別,想不到一般西餐廳也會不著重的前菜,這裡出奇的好

    餐飲方面,我選擇了加$8來杯咖啡,雖然現在已經晚上,但不要緊吧。
     
    沒有什麼特別的咖啡,與一般戲廳的差不多。因為我愛咖啡,所以我喜歡嘗不同店咖啡的味道。
     
    說到主菜,我選擇了angela 3食,這個是網燒三文魚,黑魚汁飯,和雞翼
    三樣也令我很驚喜,非常的美味,味道和口感是我未試過的。
    先說三文魚,非常新鮮,加上魚子,還有醬,非常的野味,令人食指大動。
    墨魚汁飯是第二次吃了,第一次吃的那間餐廳太差了吧,現在我認為墨汁飯是非常美味的。
    最後是雞翼,口感非常特別,上面有硬身的糖黏著,但不會太黏牙,味道很好,又不會太硬,真的是值得讚的一餐。

    果日同女朋友係isquare睇完戲,經過baby cafe, 又未食過,於是就同女友試下,一開始話要等10張台左右,不過好快帶位個receptionist 安排左卡位俾我地,食飯時間都係等左10分鐘ok啦!之後我地叫左個$128嘅set 胡椒牛扒跟沙律,之後個經理sell我地食個生豪就試下,等左一陣沙律到,上菜都幾快幾有次序,唔係好似其他餐廳咁一次過隊哂啲野食上台,又無位放,又放到凍哂👍,之後到牛扒,一黎見到成塊扒都鋪滿黑椒,心諗實係好重味,好咸,但配埋個沙律醬又ok, 剛剛好,啲肉都幾淋,但比較多根,期間問佢地拎多兜沙律醬同加左幾次水, 侍應都幾快幾好禮貌,仲問我地要唔要加甜品,介紹左個心太軟,食果陣仲係好流心,不錯!總括黎講,環境食物同服務都幾好,埋單仲送左兩張coupons, 下次想試埋個龍利柳。不過最後有個小插曲,女朋唔小心漏左電話係梳化,估唔到個姓余嘅經理追出黎拎反俾我地,真係好感激,唔係女友又喊架喇!

    晚上6:15pm路過ISQUARE TST,想搵野食作為我同BB的晚餐,
    一上到3F就見到一排西餐廳和日式餐廳,

    我行左好多間西餐廳價錢都大約為$2XX-$4XX一個SET DINNER,
    我覺得都系一般又吾系話有衝動入去食,

    咁BABY CAFE大約都系$128-$198一個SET DINNER,所以決定入去TRY,我系WALKIN,但要30MINS交場
    ➽一開頭就叫左個法式胡椒牛排 ➨呢個要另加入$20

    湯:特濃蕃茄湯 推介程度❤❤❤❤ (呢個真系特別濃郁蕃茄味,比起出面d真系飲吾番,質地好滑)

    周末與友人相約在尖沙咀,走著走著便覺累了,看到i-square的baby cafe推出的下午茶選擇甚多,亦記得以前曾試過它的晚餐,質素不錯,便決定在這裡來個tea聊個天。

    早前曾經嘗過這裡的baby三食,對於當中的黑松露炒蛋吐司印象最深,只可惜份量不足,未能真正嘗清它的味道。這次選擇單點一份來試試,份量還算較少,幸好只是當作下午茶,就剛剛好。炒蛋以鮮紅色的小盤子盛著,加上奶黃色的炒蛋,顏色鮮豔賣相誘人,連同密佈於炒蛋上的黑松露,讓人食指大動。炒蛋散發著濃郁的黑松露香氣,質感十分滑溜,確是不錯。這大概是餐廳在炒蛋裡下了不少的松露油,才能令黑松露的味道如此突出。雖然這難免令炒蛋帶有半點油膩感(黑松露的味道亦未夠真實),但以$38來說,算是水準之上了,還求什麼呢?

    這款特飲有著紫紅的醉人顏色,光看外表是令人滿心期待的。但先呷一口,就發現味道竟然與那些紙盒樽裝的提子汁相若,只有人造的甜味,過於死甜。雖然有薄荷葉的補足,令特飲帶有半點清涼之感,但也無法為它挽回太多分數。加上這稱為藍莓特飲內竟完全找不到藍莓的蹤影,取而代之的卻是零星的檸檬皮和多得纏滿飲管的薄荷葉(喝時不太方便),好不奇怪。

    鮮紅色的蕃茄醬,加上原塊芝士,確實是視覺上的最佳配搭。不知道是否因為焗的時間不夠,雲吞吃下去時只有微暖,而上面的芝士亦未有完全溶化。蕃茄則是用料十足,每一口都是滿滿的鮮茄蓉,味道酸甜適中,亦有保留蓄茄的水份而不會只有蕃茄醬的濃稠感;雲吞的味道也不錯,無論是外皮或涵料都不會太死實,軟硬適中(最怕那些硬得像未完全解凍的意大利雲吞),是令人驚喜的小食。

    除了小食外,友人亦點了下午茶套餐中的白汁三文魚意粉(只忘了拍照)。這款意粉的份量不多,白汁十分濃稠,每條意粉上都沾上了奶白色,奶香味十足,只是吃到最後難免有半點滯膩之感;至於三文魚的味道亦不太突出,只被白汁完全掩蓋。

    順帶一提,因為我和友人的座位是在點餐的電腦旁邊,常常有很多店員聚集在一起,不斷聊天,有點打擾到客人用餐。加上店員的態度有點懶散,希望日後多加改善。

    因近幾個月身體只能小食多餐, 又不太能吃海鮮或其他生吃, 所以選了這店慶祝生日!!
    早已訂枱, 所以不用等, 場內幽暗, 情調本來很好, 但原來都幾嘈, 除非坐近門口的卡位, 其他位置都偏嘈.....

    我們點了一份餐(ANGELA三食+湯+麵包+茶)+ 沙律+ 一個小食

    茶具優雅, 配襯起紅茶, 感覺都好elegant, 茶味不太濃不會有苦味, 淡淡的荔枝甜味, 好啱女仔飲

    芝士雲吞: 蕃茄&芝士個味道很好, 蕃茄不會太酸, 芝士又不會膩, 但反而雲吞韌韌實實, 我們知意大利人吃的意粉都是有咬口煙韌, 但應該不是這口感吧, 連餡料都實實的!! 如果沒有這個蕃茄芝士汁, 我們應該吃不下全部雲吞.....

    Baby cafe開業咁耐我未試過,今次同兩個好友一齊,幾個女生就去Baby Cafe食下Tea傾下計。

    環境: 以Cyber style+黑白設計,又有公主椅同鏡子,切合cafe既風格,幾個朋友黎坐下傾下計其實幾舒服smile

    食物: 我地三個人點左一個2人Tea Set,共有12件蛋糕,套餐包兩杯飲品。另外兩叫多一份Tea set,包1個自選甜品,套餐包一杯飲品,同時又叫左三文魚白汁意粉。

    先黎12件mini cake,真係好mini,好似麻雀咁大,賣相一般,絕對可以一口一個。我同朋友每人切少少黎試,總括黎講,D mini cake真係唔係好得,每件都食唔出本來屬於該甜品的味道,例如: 有杯不知明酒紅色既jelly,又唔似紅酒味,亦唔似葡萄味,更唔似cherry味,甜味又缺乏,真係唔自己食緊乜mad;另外,個cup cake又頗硬,無咩味道。咁多件cake當中,叫做好一點的就只有心型朱古力慕絲,個mint chocolate我朋友直頭食左少少就話唔食。

    單叫的一個甜品反而好一點,玫瑰棉花芝士餅配上一球粉紅色綿花糖,再加上少少粉紅色jelly,整體感覺頗浪晚。綿花糖沒有特別,而玫瑰棉花芝士餅就甜度適中,亦算夠滑tongue

    我地一反常態,食完甜先食咸。三文魚白汁意粉份量好細,每人只分到少少。白汁幾Creamy,汁量亦唔會太多,剛好可以掛上麵條;三文魚碎唔算多,味道還可以。而麵條就軟淋了一點,但我還可接受。總括來說意粉是好食既lol

    中國情人節打算外出吃餐好的,上開飯見baby cafe食評不錯,便訂位一試。
    去到環境裝修算舒服,有些獨立座位較特別,
    我們兩大一小選了兩個晚餐加一個小食和兩份甜品,先說小食薯蓉,味道很淡和很乾,差。
    晚餐的餐湯"黑松露野菌忌廉湯"完全不熱,暖偏凍,差。
    主菜羊架都ok,另外一個海鮮意大利飯很鹹,差。
    是日餐飲是洋金菊,這個特別,讚。
    最後的甜品"心太軟",來到時變了"心太硬",一點朱古力漿也沒流出,變了全熟的朱古力蛋糕,差。番石榴刨冰伴生果這個可以的。
    總結是:不會再來。

    今日同朋友慶祝生日, 因為之前見到OPEN RICE 的食評唔錯, 所以決定一試!
    沒有預先訂位但係等左10分鐘左右就有位了, 因為平日夜晚都唔算有好多人!tongue

    我同兩個朋友叫左2個SET DINNER, 第一個BABY 推介三文魚三食:

    一開始點了凱撒沙律!
     
    意粉都幾好味lol , 不過真係唔夠食.....
     
    第二個牛柳, 都幾嫩及多肉汁smile 不過都係唔夠, 如果男士食就一定唔夠飽!!
     

    因為食完都唔係太夠喉, 叫左個心太軟:

    依個真係超好味呀~~~~~lol 雪芭入口即浴同埋淡淡清新既檸檬香味, 蛋糕好軟又唔太甜!

    Baby Cafe開咗咁耐,都未幫襯過,原因是身邊有些朋友對Baby小姐反感,怕入到餐廳見到她的照片會反胃,寧願幫襯隔離的「吳彥祖壽司」,也不想望Baby一眼。 今天下午經過iSquare,想吃少少嘢,見到Baby Cafe的下午茶Menu,$59茶餐有六款甜品加飲品,就姑且獨自來一試。

    餐廳的裝修既有現代藝術感,也不失優雅氣氛。 牆上滿是Angelababy小姐的玉照,我都不想望太多,就點菜。
     
    就點了在門外已看到的Afternoon High Tea Set。

    六款迷你甜品,做得頗為精緻。
     
    前排三款是Mousse Cakes,分別是士多啤梨、牛奶及薄荷味,都做得頗滑而甜,而且軟綿綿的,薄荷的最香,牛奶其次,士多啤梨也算好味。

    後排左一的甜炸雲呑,外皮很脆,內裡很甜而柔軟。

    中間的綿花糖也頗香,煙煙韌韌的。

    而紅莓果凍就比較普通,果味不足。

    咖啡杯頗典雅,啡味幾香。
     
    這迷你甜品餐的質素中上,適合食量不大的人,尤其女仕。而餐廳的服務也良好,侍應有禮,整體感覺良好。

    出地鐵站於Isquare 搭兩條電梯直達Cafe,其實認真方便tongue,難怪連閒日都擠著一堆堆人等位。是晚七時抵撻已見人頭湧湧, 幸好一早卜了檯,被安排入坐單邊卡坐。

    其實選擇來這的原因或多或少是被其皇室風格的裝潢所吸引lol,設計有點令人聯想到女僕餐廳,黑撞白的沙發椅實在令人感覺優雅且舒服,如果可以把檯分隔得開一點,私人空間再大點,mad說話都不怕像和旁邊檯的人搭訕就最好不過。加上暗黑的環境總令人覺得多一份神秘的空間感!

    在這裏點餐可以省去看價錢的時間,因為set dinner 定價一律128跟沙律或餐湯,除了店方推介的Angela 和 Baby 三食之外,還有牛扒羊架等肉類和意粉意大利飯等澱粉質,當中意粉和黑松露炒蛋口碑一直不錯。上次試過真的頗香滑的松露炒蛋後,今次一心試試墨魚汁意粉。

    下午茶過後,戰鬥力減半,放棄挑戰一整份晚餐,點了一份頭盤小食來一個輕食晚餐。chopstick一般西餐廳的肉醬多是由免治豬肉加茄膏制成,baby cafe 亦不例外,沒有出什麼錯,當然也不特別出色smile肉醬上舖著芝士同焗,更添風味,但芝士的份量有點吝嗇。

    餐包上桌的時候帶微暖,烘過的包面乾身且帶點脆口。包心質地軟熟有紋理,smile富黑糖香氣,即使塗了香草牛油也掩蓋不住那份糖香,sad但口味略厭過甜,若然配香草牛油,甜餐包還是不及咸的理想。

    晚餐不選擇沙律還可選餐湯,今天的是牛肝菌忌廉湯。
    簡單的羅馬生菜,煙肉乾粒,巴馬臣芝士和炸麵包粒,最後配上淡黃色的芝士凱撒醬便成了著名凱撒沙律。
    先要一讚這不起眼的黑黃色凱撒醬,明顯從外表已見這醬與坊間的不一樣,一試原來內有乾坤,mad凱撒醬預先混入濃味芝士升級芝味,濃厚芝味令人食指大動。lol羅馬生菜翠綠非常,入口清新爽脆,不沾任何配料醬料也清甜可口。對比生菜及凱撒醬,煙肉脆粒和巴馬臣芝士比較遜色sad味道偏啖,麵包粒脆口卻沒有蒜香,起不了作topping 的作途,屬普通貨色。

    一大件厚切火灸三文魚,上面舖著新鮮山葵醬及三文魚子作dressing,如日式料理般,賣相精緻吸引。半生不熟的三文魚件四邊經火灸金黃帶焦色,mad入口油香四溢lol半生鮭魚肉質保持煙韌,口感更勝全熟鮭魚,同時免去了實身鞋口的肉質。smile加上新鮮三文魚子的咸香和山葵醬的刺激感,帶出鮭魚刺身的鮮味,味道更上一層樓。

    黑漆漆一小山堆的米形意粉,驟眼看shocked似是意大利飯亦下意識認為是意大利飯,但吃下去原來比意飯更滑溜更軟糯而有彈性smile,果真是意粉的質感呢!驚喜一浪接一浪,拌意粉的smile墨魚汁混著忌廉,味道香滑濃厚,質地略杰黏著意粉,每一口也很重忌廉香,“白汁“粉絲定必要一試這“黑汁“了。

    個人理解拔絲為沾過糖漿的食物,被筷子夾起時做出拉絲的效果,其實我滿喜歡這造法和享受當中的過程,因為糖漿經一熱一冷的溫差後會為食材造了一層甜香脆皮。只是人大了,不好甜度高的食物才敬而遠之。雞翼是煎炸至金黃香口,表面不似沾著糖更沒有絲被拔的一幕。據友人的食後報告,雞翼頗香口且帶些許甜

    這果茶實沒甚麼特別,就好像由紙包飲品加熱一樣,唯一可取之處是其半飄浮的一小片薄荷葉smile為優雅英式茶杯增添一份美感之餘,放入口細嚼還可獨享其薄荷清香

    chopstick心太軟上檯時sad東歪西倒的,底部已穿了且坐在一小氹朱古力漿上。sad心太軟size比預期中的細小,比小女生的拳頭還要小,大概是街外甜品專門店賣的2/3,賣相打了折扣 。標榜著78%高濃度朱古力制作的心太軟,本就對它抱著“78%“濃度的厚望。但沒朱古力香撲鼻旳心太軟能否給我們味感上的驚喜?結果是令人失望的,蛋糕不單sad朱古力味淡不突出,sad還隱約發出一陣麵粉味。sad朱古力漿少且杰身,麵粉下得過火更顯而易見,被打入了多餘的氣泡使質地輕身流心度更低,整體心太軟流心效果差強人意

    chopstick不起眼的雲尼拿雪糕反而帶來驚喜,雲尼拿口味是既定的(相信店方也沒賣其他口味),偏偏這[不能選擇]正正表現它對自家制雪糕的信心,shocked還搶去了心太軟的風頭呢!一點點的黑雲尼拿籽在雪白的忌廉底閃閃發亮,單靠賣相已想告訴人雲尼拿味香濃。雪糕入口細軟幼滑,mad雲尼拿味澎湃,可挑剔的地方是tongue忌廉濃度可再高一點,使冰感變得知更Creamy,!

    初到Baby Cafe旺角分店時,還覺得定價高過比同區同類食店,給我的感覺是,收費都放在童話式的裝修,且利用美人美景作icon 及賣點,簡單一句就是華而不實。但兩次造訪後確實對它改觀,閒來一訪亦不錯。

    是日補祝朋友生日,揀了baby,已經第二次幫趁baby,全店滿掛baby的照片,當吃餐時望著的確賞心悅目,吃起上來另舍美味!lol
    五人行五個餐大家一起share:
    沙律:
    揀了烤雞凱撒沙律,羅馬生菜很fresh很爽脆,配上不o鞋口的雞肉,實在不錯!mad
    吃完沙律才送上餐包,很軟,暖暖地有麥香,如果配餐湯就不錯了!
    主菜:
    香煎帶子菠菜意粉:值得一讚係這店的意粉,全是al dente,軟硬度拿捏得食準,菠菜意粉醬很creamy,配上al dente意粉,淨是食意粉唔要帶子都十分好味!當然帶子是主角,大大隻,味道OK!
    香辣白酒蜆肉意大利粉:看這道意粉頗清,但當食落時真是頗辣,全完有香辣味道,但可惜是蜆肉很細隻,而且好多係吉殼,隻蜆唔知游左去邊mad,反而切左粒o既菇就不少!tongue
    烤烏賊墨汁意大利飯:原以為烏賊係切圈圈上,但原來是墨汁意大利飯釀左入一隻大烏賊里面,黑黑的飯食落真的很過癮,味道可以的,很特別!
    Baby 三食:三食里有日式黑松露炒蛋.火炙鮭魚腩.菠菜汁意粉,黑松露炒蛋有蛋香松露味一般,火炙鮭魚腩滑,配上少少wasabi,再加埋菠菜意粉,不錯不錯!
    美國鐵板牛肩扒配日式照燒汁:是晚數最差算是這道,扒要七成熟,但牛扒很o鞋口,有點硬,唔掂!sad
    大家吃食主菜,desserts要另外點,點了四款:
    首推介是椰子香芒巴巴來士:椰香味重,包著內里的芒果,很清新。lol
    78%純黑朱古力心太軟 + 雲尼拿雪糕:心太軟好濃朱古力味,雲尼拿雪糕夠硬,兩者配在一起一暖一凍一齊食,實在滿足!lollol
    玫瑰棉花芝士餅:點這個甜品最大原因是~~~靚,芝士餅上的棉花糖,有少少玫瑰花,甜而且有玫瑰花香,下面的芝士餅一般,被棉花糖蓋過了風頭!mad
    法式拿破崙 + 草莓雪糕:拿破崙餅很脆口,吉士軟滑帶雲呢拿香味,又是一道美味的甜品!
    很美味的一頓生日晚餐!
    服務方面很不錯,唯一美中不足是限時90分鐘!

    朋友買了團購coupon就到期,那就陪她一試吧
    之前一直不試因為覺得太多baby的圖了....似賣樣多於賣味道
    點了3個128set

    湯是蘑菇湯,菇味重,稠身,不錯的~可惜沒有拍照
     
    南瓜蟹肉意大利飯....南瓜味重,但意大利飯有點硬硬的,似未熟透的感覺
     
    鐵板燒春雞....不太老,但味道不夠,淡淡的

    第三樣是羊架,這個只試了一口因為有點羶味,不太喜歡~

    但每款上台都是擺得靚靚的哦~

    最後飲品,不加錢的話就是荔枝特飲,其實是荔枝綠茶加點香草,這個不錯的
    如果要點其他的就要加18蚊

    環境:真的到處是baby的相片,有點優雅感,燈光陰暗比較適合情侶
    提一提限時1.5小時呢,如果想跟朋友傾耐d可能要去第2度了
