嬲到我食完要即刻上黎寫食評..英國皇朝係好食嘅,知道香港都開咗就去試吓。滿心期待叫我最鍾意食而香港又比較少有嘅香酥鴨,點知中伏。英國嘅香酥鴨係好好食,差唔多是但一間中餐廳都好食,除非鴨唔靚/肉梅.. 真係未試過食過係難食。香酥鴨,英文係Crispy Duck… 半隻鴨整好後上碟show比我地睇之後話幫我地去骨。個刻我只係立一立眼,眼到好似臘鴨咁嘅樣不過冇諗咁多(後尾諗返其實應該係燶燶地嘅啡色先啱)。整好上碟已見唔對路,望落都完全唔係個回事。包好一啖咬落去…. 鴨係濕嘅。香酥呢?Crispy呢?完全冇…. 極失望🥲只酥嘢只可以叫做「鴨肉」而唔係「香酥鴨」。我本身對雞鴨係一般,叫呢個餸都係為咗食「香酥」又唔係為咗食「鴨」。有冇人明我到底有幾失望。呢份香酥鴨整得仲差過同集團嘅文興(但呢間又整得太乾)。另外點咗兩個餸同一個炆米,呢三樣係唔差嘅只係價錢較貴。最後送嘅糖水係紫米露都好味。不過比個香酥鴨影響咗,覺得整體黎講又貴又唔好食。唯一可取,呢間餐廳Staff態度又好又友善。 continue reading
