煌府算是連鎖集團中較親民的一間,價錢普遍不貴。浪子是晚的晚餐較遲,入座都已經差不多八時半。還好,今天不算太多人,不用等位就有檯了。只叫了三個餸,其實都是海鮮。因為龍蝦有伊麵底的關係,我們就不用額外叫白飯了。我們數過龍蝦件的部件,的確是足足一只龍蝦,沒有偷工減料。先說龍蝦,龍蝦本身算厚肉,而且外殼都已經適當輾碎,輕易用筷子都能吃到內裡的肉,既衛生又快捷。走過油的龍蝦本身彈牙爽口,有一種一咬下去回彈上來的口感。蝦尾也沒有常見因處理不當而出現的"押"味。伊麵底本身吸收了龍蝦的鮮味。本身個麵做得不錯,不稔不靭。這個龍蝦收水恰到好處,伊麵變得入味也不因水多而影響口感。蒸扇貝不算難做,蒜蓉和粉絲都算多。較可惜是扇貝這次來貨比較細。咬落去的扇貝較稔,肉質不算上乘。但因為配料和鼓油的調味,合格有餘。以這個價錢來說,這道菜其實也不能挑剔了。最尾來的是這條石斑仔。看似小石斑,其實肉厚得很。臉豬肉很滑很好食。整體上全條魚都蒸得剛剛好,沒有蒸過火的情況。但是清肚方便似乎不太仔細,腩位的入面有點苦。裝璜是一貫的奢華,服務一般。以中菜來說,煌府算是一家較抵食的連鎖集團酒樓。 continue reading

行街街見到好似幾底食.叫左:八寶海皇燉冬瓜盅,北京片皮鴨,苦瓜炒鴨件,紅豆沙(免費)八寶海皇燉冬瓜盅:冬瓜夠淋,湯香甜夠味,蝦幾新鮮,絲瓜清香味重,連乾瑤柱一齊煲鮮甜好味.北京片皮鴨:個皮凍嘅無蒸過,都算軟熟.片皮鴨就差D,其實只係比一定數量比你,片皮鴨唔脆涷嘅,重要大細不一,有些更加係有鴨毛在表面,味道普通.苦瓜炒鴨件:苦瓜清香味濃,炒鴨件幾多肉,本人覺得比片皮鴨好食.紅豆沙(免費):這個反而好好味,好香陳片味清甜潤喉,又唔苦澀.整體:普通可試,但冇祈望. continue reading

上次經過始創見到煌府做緊冬瓜盅及片皮鴨promo, 呢排好多集團式酒樓都做冬瓜盅推廣,難得weekday放工要去一去太子,shopping完後便上去試試煌府手藝。第一次去煌府食,可能我地成20:00先到,冬瓜盅一早已沽清(好失望,因都幾平下)片皮鴨 - weekday$38 for 2人食,塊皮夠熱同煙勒,甜麵醬濃度適中不會太咸,青瓜及大葱與片皮鴨一起包住來食整體口感都唔錯,片皮鴨有一大半都有連肉不至於得塊皮,$38食到呢個水平已係唔錯了。柱候蘿蔔炆走地雞煲 - 蘿蔔都夠入味,走地雞份量夠及柱候醬爆得香口,用來送碗白飯或白粥都好正,因呢味餸夠濃夠香口,淨食呢兩味餸加一碗白飯及一碗白粥已好飽肚,最後埋單時仲送每人一碗紅荳沙,碗紅荳沙夠"沙", 不太甜,我個人則十分滿意~~total連茶介加一等俾$18x, 都算抵食呢~~ continue reading

這個週末早上醒來,dad已飲完早茶並外賣了兩客牛肉球回家給筆者作早餐.牛肉球賣相普通.試一口,口感軟硬度適中,很怕太水狀或太死硬的,很好!有時有的酒樓的牛肉球是有渣的,一定硬不開某些部份,要吐出來才行.但這裏的牛肉球未有此情況.味道則正常.加上酸味味的喼汁,很醒神開胃,很飽肚呢! continue reading
