2013年加入openrice,未試過寫食評,為左東園金閣今日要寫第一篇。初五開年飯,知道好多公司都會去飲茶,已經提早打去book。2018年2月7日打電話去book左4張12人枱,職員話ok比埋booking no. 我。因為今朝番工人數少左,只係坐到3張枱,廢事hold住人張枱9點幾已經打去想取消1張。負責同事未番叫我10點再打黎。 10點再打去講另一位同事話只係book左2張枱。我話係book左4張,依家要改到3張,差唔多40人點樣坐到2張。hold左陣又話ok,比到3張枱我。晏d有人打黎話只係比到2張16人枱我,我話點樣坐到成40人,個同事話冇啦,已經full哂啦,已經幫你加大左張枱。依家唔係我問題,係你地酒樓自己落錯booking,我要叫d同事唔好去因為冇位坐,最後31人去坐2張枱,坐埋圓櫈一個坐前d一個坐後d,食野又撞黎撞去。想開開心心食餐開年飯都唔得,已經提早左10幾日打去book位。旁邊有張枱得7個人就坐張大枱。同方姓經理反映,當聽唔到你講野,當你唱歌。講第一次當你聽唔到,再大聲d講都係唔應你。自己係咁放低d點心係枱面就走,冇回應該過客人既問題。係咪要發癲,要喊打喊殺先會有人理。 continue reading

自從去過土瓜灣壹點甜之后,好少食到d有水準嘅點心,好多酒樓變成大集團,點心好鬼差....今日一早落灣仔,鄰近有哩間東園酒樓,於是乎上去幫襯吓。一上到去,環境光猛乾淨,又唔洗等位,大樂!鮮蝦餃,燒賣,春卷,珍珠雞,雞札,叉燒腸,到齊開餐!叉燒腸係驚喜,好多酒樓都偷工減料,變成碎叉腸,哩碟叉燒腸份量足,讚!蝦餃已經食到唔要求有竹筍,東園嘅蝦餃味道同份量都合格,皮薄,唔太咸,唯一要彈嘅係有d蝦餃皮穿咗窿。珍珠雞係另一驚喜,好多珍珠雞汁過多,一劈劈,東園無哩個問題,汁唔多,而且珍珠雞入面有蛋黃,啱胃口。有d燒賣入面只係一舊舊豬肉,好鬼硬身,東園食上去口感似蝦膠,口感同味道似土瓜灣一點甜一樣,正!春卷外皮脆,食得出內面有芋頭,算係足料之作。依家d酒樓人手不足,加熱水叫極無人理,東園服務好好,主動囉個茶壺加熱水,讚! continue reading

我們一行10人到東園金閣,推薦小食,燒腩仔,素鵝,皮脆甘香。黃油蟹,香甜美味。食完冬瓜盅再打邊爐,黑毛猪,牛肉粒,牛肉,入口即溶。還有鷄煲也可一試。這餐真是太美味所以想推薦給大家分享。 continue reading

今天中午在灣仔開會,高層同事再下一城贏了一仗,心情大好,於是主動要求我,請我陪他食午餐,由於大家都太餓,就在街口選了呢間中式酒樓,裝修屬於中上格調,以紫色為主色(今天正好我也穿紫色)剁椒蒸大魚頭,辣味夠重,所以食起來不腥,辣味下還能食出魚的鮮味,啖啖肉,老實講呢個價可以茶餐廳食一個午餐了,味道當然要有一定水準才行。鼓味陳村粉蒸排骨,陳村粉被鼓味包圍住,好入味,滑滑地,又煙韌,不過要熱食才好,凍了陳村粉變硬又不滑,會減分。2個人的菜單,普通食物,收費算貴。不計啤酒,每人也要$135,我就覺得吾值了,不過,在灣仔這地方,也就必須要這個價了,好彩呢餐係高層同事請。其他食物水餃肉不夠鮮,對不住個(精)字。棉花雞一般酒樓水凖。蟹粉小龍包普通和一般菜心太熟,不過尚有菜味所以不在此大費周章了 continue reading
