朋友從外國來到香港,當然要帶他們知識香港的傳統手工菜。福臨門是知名度很高的富豪飯堂,帶朋友來這裏吃飯,當然很夠面子!我們吃了最傳統的招牌菜:八寶鴨,花雕崛雞。✅花雕崛雞好好食,主要都係食食材的原汁原味!✅八寶鴨的鴨肉肉質的嫩滑與飽滿口感,餡料豐富,有鹹蛋黃、金華火腿、紅豆、薏米、糯米、乾百合、乾蓮子、花生等等,所以會有多層次的風味。✅荷葉飯甜品也試了馳名的蘋葉角,十分正!❤️另外,晚飯當晚見到福臨門好少人幫襯,希望香港人可以繼續珍惜傳統粵菜! continue reading

今次去咗福臨門,諗住食下安樂飽。一入到去,個環境真係幾有氣派,仲可以見到唔少品茗傾計嘅人。頭盤點左個「釀焗鮮蟹蓋」,真係靚到唔捨得食!炸到爽口酥脆,啖啖蟹肉,鮮甜得嚟唔膩,好正😋!再試吓個「豆沙蘋葉角」,蘋葉味道特別得黎又遮唔住豆沙餡嘅香甜,咬落去口感糯滑,簡直係甜品控嘅最愛👍。嚟到主菜,「鮑汁柚皮」真係得意,苦中帶甜,鮑汁滲入之後愈食愈有味。嗰份「炸子雞」嘅香脆皮同多汁肉質,添上小小檸檬汁,完美!「鹹魚雞粒炒飯」諗住會好平常,但還是出乎意料地好味,鹹香打得太火候。收尾嗰啖「芒果布甸」,鮮芒果配上滑溜布甸,冇得頂👌!一家人開開心心食齊,齊齊呼呼大飽,真係滿足到。下次還會再嚟,希望你哋都會試吓,搵到自己嘅心頭好。 continue reading

看到不少負評。我到來試試,在節日近的週五都容易找到晚餐位,只有四五檯客。看來都給負面新聞影響。我們就純粹是吃的,只要好吃,就去試。我們一家9人,點了幾個菜,有肉淋入味,味道不錯的八寶鴨,一人一隻的油炮蝦,香口味鮮,清蒸斑不過不失,不過這些海鮮還是在海鮮酒家吃最好,冬瓜盎發多料湯美味、炒飯粒粒分明、牛筋腩煲都有不少牛筋腩,入味!當紅炸子雞一隻,皮脆肉嫩。總結,9個人吃了約$8000多,味道不錯,服務ok。只是尾後剩下我們一檯,男服務員有點不耐煩,將新檯布掛在隔離空檯的檯上,望著我們,等我們.... continue reading

今次去咗位於灣仔嘅富豪飯堂,無精緻同氣派嘅裝潢,與傳統酒樓無異,但亦不落俗套,有典雅嘅擺設同掛幅,但話明招呼開富豪,當然有高私隱度嘅包廂同配置,但我呢D平民道體驗唔到了。因為有幾道菜要提早預訂嘅關係,坐低點好茶水,侍應已經問我哋咩時候上得菜,由於疫情關係,我哋坐嘅大廳只有兩台人客,每個侍應可以單獨招呼一台,連埋我哋之後追加嘅菜式,上菜速度都好快,一道接一道。話明富豪食堂,鮑參翅肚就吾少得啦,menu嘅頭幾頁就已經應有盡有,咁我地就先skip民幾頁。平民食法主打傳統特式手工菜,上菜嘅時候都有按淡味到濃味上菜。▪️第一道係蔥花皮蛋圍蝦炒滑蛋,色香味俱全,皮蛋同蔥花滑蛋出奇地夾,香滑帶口感▫️下一道就花雕蛋白蒸蟹拑,4個人點咗兩個,陳年花雕香配蛋白嘅滑,蟹拑亦蒸得恰到好處▪️炸子雞係我最期待嘅菜式,點咗半隻,未去之前耳有聽聞,因為要經師傅600次人手淋滾油先做到外脆內嫩而juicy▫️蛋黃八寶鴨又係驚喜,又係點咗半隻,所有餡料同鴨肉融為一體,入口即化而且無鴨騷味▪️最驚艷係炒鴿甫併燒雲腿片,又一道賣少見少嘅功夫菜,雲腿即火腿柳嘅部份,經過醃、漬、蒸、炸多重部驟而成,咸香可口。▫️豆沙蘋葉角都係必點,入口有淡淡嘅蘋葉香配清甜嘅豆沙,軟糯而吾痴口。 continue reading

平日既星期四一家4口7:30pm嚟食,想食嘅原因係因為佢拎過米芝蓮,而且係香港一間好出名嘅名人飯堂,所以專登過嚟試吓。現場所見只有四至五檯客,雖然知道佢價錢唔平,但係食客嘅數量比以前已經大不如前,正正因為咁,希望襯福臨門仲喺度嘅時候去試一次。🥢 琵琶豆腐 $280大概有8至10件,味道係正常,只可以講性價比唔高🥢 炆牛筋腩煲 $360份量好大,牛腩牛筋都唔少,兩樣都煮得好入味同埋好淋,算係抵食🥢 當紅炸子雞半隻 $400皮夠脆,肉都夠嫰,隻雞唔係好大隻,所以份量係偏小🥢 油泡大蝦球 $390八隻蝦,係用虎蝦,蝦嘅大小係正常,唔大唔細,用油泡整,可以保留蝦嘅鮮味,味道好,但份量少,性價比唔高🥢 蛋黃八寶鴨半隻 $300全晚最抵食係依個,首先隻鴨整得好淋,好入味,配料又多,有蓮子、栗子、綠豆。。。好夠飽,缺點係等40分鐘🥢 合桃露 $60/碗新鮮磨,有好多細小既合桃碎,偏向淡味,因為真係無添加,如果鍾意食合桃露嘅人可以試一次依家香港有歷史嘅食肆已經買少見少,所以希望仲有依啲食肆喺度之前,都想去試下,感受下名氣嘅味道。 continue reading
