記得這裏好久未來,地方寬敞開揚,2:00pm來到, 全場已無客人,再坐半小時,才有2人客到。 本想單叫,但樣樣都話冇,連銀絲卷都無,因為少人光顧,不會做咁多食品,套餐就有,而且抵食,2人套餐$308,還有9折,即叫即到,一碟緊扣一碟上枱。 雞絲粉皮,鎮江餚肉,粉皮爽滑過雞胸絲,餚肉無失敗。薺菜肉絲豆腐2碗,肉絲幼,味清淡,豆腐滑,筍絲爽,料足夠。彩椒炒蝦仁(可轉別小菜)轉腰果雞丁,熱炒,腰果多而香脆,味宜雞嫩。糖醋魚塊,粉薄肉厚,青红燈籠椒,好椒香味,各有各新鮮,糖醋酸點醒胃,有交侍。花素蒸餃, 菜腍,皮笠。酒釀丸子,酒糟無味,有柑桔肉,算加點色彩及香氣。 飽餐一頓,小菜有剩拿走,晚飯再食都無變其味! continue reading

男友話好想食家鄉菜,拿拿林上openrice 搵幾間比佢揀。佢話2021 第一餐要食好啲,於是㨂左位於利舞臺「滬江大飯店」中午来到,入去大廳,大把枱任坐,我哋兩個人座六人枱,呢刻覺得開食店真陰公。一心來吃點心,原來點心種類不多,點左幾款點心都無,幾令人失望。其中兩款冷盤鎮江肴肉$98不像平時的水晶肴肉,這個肴肉花紋也很美,呈現大理石花紋,只可惜沒有水晶部份,口感如吃瘦肉一樣,我吾識欣賞。上海烤麸$80基本上都吾會點差既冷盤,不過用料和份量略少,味道ok 的。小籠包$52熱辣辣好味,肉香湯汁足,皮略厚。成餐最好食嘅點心蔥油餅$50即叫即炸,超熨口,裏面嘅蔥油炒得好香,好惹味,香脆可口。前菜炸花生$30茶錢每位$15全單九折$170如果淨係想食點心唔建議去呢度,銅鑼灣仲有好多吾錯選擇,而且價錢比較貴。 continue reading

把握尾班車既機會食大閘蟹,果然無令人失望😋價格合理,味道直情食過返尋味‼️佢有提供大閘蟹餐,但因為我唔食翅就決定散叫.♦ 大閘蟹(約五兩) ⋆ $280隻大閘蟹望唔算好大隻,蟹膏嘅份量係合理嘅。但係!佢嘅蟹膏真係超好食✨入口既第一啖已經食到好甘香既膏味。而白色嘅蟹膏比例亦相對地高 好正!而呢度係會幫你拆埋蟹~整體服務都唔錯.♦ 蟹粉小籠包 ⋆ $160皮唔算好薄不過食落好滿意。佢嘅蟹粉味唔係好濃,而係甜甜地,味道清新嘅蟹粉味,我都幾鍾意呢個口味.♦ 蟹粉籠仔粢飯 ⋆ $110一籠細細籠,其實係一人份量。不過食咗咁多蟹粉,一人試少少share都夠嘅。呢個粢飯拌埋蟹粉都算係呢餐大閘蟹以所最鍾意嘅一道菜。個人認為係必點嘅!.♦ 蟹粉豆苗 ⋆ $420相對上呢個菜就比較貴,吩咐佢用嘅蟹粉真係好足,豆苗試係滿滿嘅蟹粉🥰邪惡但係好滿足.@fatpet_natalie continue reading

今年又想吃大閘蟹,上網搵完,覺得衣度個餐,菜同價錢都啱。坐低先食蟹粉翅,算足料味道唔錯,跟住飯同豆苗,份量剛好唔太油,之後上蟹粉小籠包,有少少蟹粉,可接受。跟住主角出場,店員可幫開埋,蟹膏算多,幾滿意。最後薑茶湯圓,唔係太甜。 continue reading

又到了食🦀嘅季節,唔知大家食左大閘蟹未呢🤔今年試了位於利舞臺嘅滬江大飯店的大閘蟹套餐,價錢適宜,味道還不錯😜🌺 食物 4/5👉🏻 清蒸大閘蟹🦀蟹都唔算好細隻,蟹膏超多,蟹肉都好鮮甜😋蒸之前侍應都會先拎蟹過來俾客人過目係咪新鮮,蒸完後侍應仲會幫手拆蟹,令我哋食得好方便👍🏻👉🏻 蟹粉魚翅一上菜就聞到濃郁嘅蟹味,🐟翅嘅份量都算多😊👉🏻 蟹粉籠仔粢呢個係最值得推薦的菜式,也係我嘅最愛😍或者係我第一次食蟹粉糯米飯,蟹肉和蟹黃再加糯米好似配搭得好好,總覺得好香口😂👉🏻 清炒豆苗豆苗好嫩、好爽口😜👉🏻 蟹粉小籠包蟹粉小籠包就感覺足料但沒太大的驚喜😊整體來講呢個大閘蟹套餐都好滿意,最後仲有薑茶湯圓,因蟹性寒,飲薑茶可以祛寒😉 continue reading
