冬至就決定黎依間酒樓食,因為聽身邊既朋友講依到既菜式,仲有d菜係要book定先有得食,冇book到架話係冇得食既。我就book左好出名既炸鮮奶同埋連蓉布甸,同埋講明先,因為佢係例牌,限左咁多人既份量,所以最好多d人去食就最好。首先我就比炸鮮奶同布甸比大家睇,雖然賣相可能唔好睇,但依個真係好好食。炸鮮奶,咬落去好脆口再加上凝固左既鮮奶,就咁聽好似好普通,但好食程度係你相象唔到。跟住個布甸,我就覺得好似甜得滯,個人覺得小朋友應該幾鍾意食。跟住我地都叫左四至五人餐,乳豬雙耕盤幾好食,但冇乜特別。其他都比大家睇下。蝦多士,下面既餅底好脆加埋蝦,依個都好好食,我都推介。但可能大家要其他分店到食了,以我所知太子依一間做到年尾就結業了,想試好食既順德菜,鳳城酒家都係一個唔錯既選擇。 continue reading

充滿回憶的老酒樓宣佈結業,不捨生腸~爽口厚肉,坊間絕對是不能吃到這質感蝦多士~多士鬆脆,蝦膠彈牙,一塊停不了鮑翅仔燉雞~真材實料,是夾得起的魚翅,而湯也不像平日喝到的翅湯那麼杰,喝起來很舒服不會口渴大良抄鮮奶~做法是直接抄,不是炸的那種上湯炸粉果~很得意,要浸泡上湯再吃,不能浸太久,也不能浸太少,要讓炸皮索滿上湯而不爛,真的立刻位位扮高手上身,好玩🤣🤣🤣生菜包~生菜切得很美,每塊也是圓圓的,很方便包料來吃鳳肝金錢雞~這個手工菜必點💪真的不是容易吃到的手工菜,過程煩覆,老牌酒樓才能吃到😍雞肝加上豬肉及肥豬油去燒,甜甜的小圓圓再夾類似饅頭包食,真的超正八寶釀全鴨~很入味及足料,人多必點,因會好飽😂焗蓮蓉西米布甸~熱辣辣,甜甜的很好吃 continue reading

做節,家人揀左黎依度,就貪佢交通方便,又可以試下經典的順德菜。不見門外有人等候,但一推門入來,就發現係全場滿座,檯擺得非常密,自然係想在做節高峰期多做生意。因為遲來,菜單家人早已發辦,都不外乎係炸子雞,魚,西米布甸一類的菜式。味道不是很差,過得去,但實在有點點乏善可陳,食過印象都不深,可能之前抱得太大希望而來。大家吃得不是很盡量,才發現好像沒有叫他們的"名菜" 生腸,於是就又來一碟。這裡的生腸很出名,就是橙色滷味那種。黎到嘅係大大碟,都OK嘅,幾爽口,冇異味,黎到就可以一食。依一餐飯,感覺最深刻的不是食物的質素,而家環境!點解?因為依一餐飯一路食就一路大汗疊細汁,可能因為實在坐得太多人喇,樓底又矮,坐坐下就好焗,唔止熱,而係空氣好唔流通的感覺,坐得好辛苦,真係幾好食都係咁話,希望店方可以改善下啦。 continue reading

訂座的時候,接線生話訂名菜,要預先付訂金。環境幾擠迫,枱同枱之間好貼,食用器具真係一定要講,污糟到接受唔到囉! 簡直想嘔, 聽屋企人講,廁所環境更加惡劣添!餸菜來說,除咗個金錢雞和小炒王係煮得比較好食之外,其他的餸我都係覺得一般。炸子雞隻雞唔係新鮮雞,係雪藏雞,好大陣雪藏味。百花釀竹笙個蝦膠係霉,竹笙有微酸的味道。焗釀蟹蓋焗得好燶,蟹肉都唔係太新鮮,份量亦都好少。西米布甸雖然唔會太甜,但係個面硬掘掘,有啲似年糕。 continue reading
