今次係稻香早茶時段飲茶,洗茶杯時我發現茶杯滑潺潺,應該係洗潔精未過乾淨☠️,仲慘過油淋淋⋯叫左蝦餃啲皮蒸得太耐溶晒一patpat 咁🤮,藥膳鳳爪炆得唔夠淋同唔入味,好似白灼咁,重點係服務態度同做生意手法真係不敢恭維😓,我10:38落第一轉單,等20分鐘好不容易叫到侍應check下(啲侍應會扮睇唔到你),佢就check都唔check立即回我就話⋯哦,黎緊⋯我心諗好敷衍下囉⋯咁就不了了之⋯最後佢地拖延到11:05分,等左近半粒鐘先有第一籠食物既出現😰,之後11:15再加單食物,之後冇耐就出去埋單,點知女經理大大聲咁講話要11:30前埋單及離檯先可以計早茶點心優惠,如果係咁又未過11:30,咁我先生話啱啱第二轉加既食物就取消,因為食物未到又啱啱落單,但女經理唔俾,咁算啦⋯咁我地話唔取消啦,未黎既食物我地照打包並立即離檯埋單啦,但女經理又唔俾,最後女經理堅持話我地冇左早茶點心優惠,結果就硬食全單正價⋯個女經理係度拖延時間⋯根本係不良營商手法一樣⋯我地係想11:30前離枱埋單,女經理諸多為難我地,今次心知中伏,經過今次很不愉快既飲茶經歷,我俾佢地呃一次錢就夠,我永遠都唔敢再去稻香喇,加上女經理服務態度極差,食到一肚火,稻香真係越做越差⋯😮‍💨 continue reading

夜晚落樓下稻香食飯,拎咗枱号行入去,啲侍應個個企晒係到都唔識過黎帶枱,要個客自己係到搵。一行七人坐底先叫咗五個餸(最後叫咗七個餸+一蚊雞),然後叫咗個一蚊雞,個部長語氣好差咁話,今一無一蚊雞賣38蚊,我地都知你六日賣38蚊,咁佢個餐牌寫個餸名係一蚊雞丫嘛,我唔係講一蚊雞咁點講?一係你轉餐牌寫38蚊雞,咁我未叫38蚊雞囉,而家都只係叫得佢一隻雞,又唔係叫晒一蚊雞無叫送係到坐。後尾黎咗隻雞,原隻上,放底咗把普通交剪,唔緊要38蚊都預佢無服務,但係把交剪係剪唔到骨,我好聲好氣問呀姐有無剪骨交剪,佢好不屑咁話無,係得呢啲,我話都剪唔到咁叫啲客點剪,佢話我點知你點剪,之後就走咗,啲態度差到咁。叫咗乳鴿又係成隻上,唔通內地茶樓啲客興好似野人咁成隻食嘅?唔怪得星期六晚市都無乜人,呢間大陸茶樓真係快啲摺埋比下手啦。 continue reading

稻香做到今時今日,做冬前得一半客都無,係唔係應該檢討下?就講呢個沙嗲肥牛煲,收108元。我以為我食緊牙菜牛肉湯粉絲,吾要求有牛味,都應該有沙嗲味,煲仔菜無香味無熱度。價格吾係貴,但出品對得住自己個招牌,對得住個客人。老闆鐘生應該落舖試下菜比個comment,講得出呢啲出品係拎得上枱。稻香都叫香港品牌,愈做愈差,20年前晩晚旺場,到今日晚晚有位。吾係得我一個係咁講,身邊朋友個個同一評價。真係非常可惜。 continue reading
