Share with MessengerShare on TwitterShare on Facebook
    i finally ordered a new dish today.lol

the mixed bean soup was not as powdery as before,
and the duck breast salad was refreshing enough~!smile

mom ordered vinegar duck with rice which she enjoyed the sauce very much,
but i thought that it was too thick and too sweet.sad

    i ordered the$98set,
which was spinach fish fillet roll.

the potato mash was baked and so the outside was crispy.smile

they added cheese with the spinach

and i can taste that skim cheese out.tongue

love this new dish very much~!

and the dessert was coconut pudding which was tasteless and the drink i gave it to mom,
which was just hot honey water.

Recommended Dish(es):  spinach fish fillet roll

Quite healthy indeed Smile Jul 19, 2011
Share with MessengerShare on TwitterShare on Facebook
Have been here for lunch. Portion's quite big but honestly I don't find their dishes THAT healthy. But a bit less oily than the usual "cha chan tang" I guess. For the price the portion is quite big and it didn't taste as bad people would expect "healthy restaurant" food to be.

Staff here are quite new and you can sense the inexperienced-ness. Looked a bit lost whatever requests we had.

    Anyway onto the food-
chopstickChicken dumplings with noodles in soup - 5 big dumplings and the noodles were well cooked. The broth's slightly bland so I didn't some spices to go with. Unfortunately they didn't have any chili oil.. only tobasco..

chopstickGrilled sole fillet with mixed grain rice with some sauteed vegetables. It's quite a well balanced meal and well seasoned.

Quite a comfortable spot for lunch, value for money!

salty fried rice Smile Jun 19, 2011  (Related Review)
Share with MessengerShare on TwitterShare on Facebook
today mother and i went here for dinner again,

both of us didn't want any sauce in our meal and so we ordered fried rice.

mother's one was sausage fried rice with raisins,
while she left all the meat uneaten,

but complained that there was not enough raisins.
it also had colorful peppers and bean for veggies.

mine was egg white fried rice,
    with lots of pumpkin cubes,
    which were VERY VERY tasty,
but the broccoli in fried rice was extremely salty,
and the carrot was a bit too hard to bite.

red rice was soft enough for me and i love the mushroom in my fried rice,
ah they had new rules that only credit card for paying over a hundred and fifty dollars~!

    Recommended Dish(es):  egg white,mushroom

Not that healthy, but not bad Just OK May 22, 2011
Share with MessengerShare on TwitterShare on Facebook
Honestly I don't find foods served here are THAT healthy.. but they are indeed a bit less oily than most other similar restaurants.

I believe (not entirely sure) their foods are MSG-free and they do taste a bit less heavy handed in terms of seasoning comparatively. Their lunch sets have a variety of dishes available. Mostly rice dishes and some noodle ones. I believe there's vegetarian option too.

Their calorie count on the menu is obviously under valued! There's no way each lunch set only has 4xx to 5xx calories. Quite misleading.. sad

Staff service is average. Some are polite some are.. sort of clueless.

    MSG ? Smile Aug 29, 2001
Share with MessengerShare on TwitterShare on Facebook
We would like to thank you for the patronage and time spent to share your comment.
Please be rest assured that we do NOT add MSG into our food. We don't know why you felt thirsty after the meal which is frankly quite contrary to comments from our other customers. When you have similar experience next time, please ask our shop manager to explain to you. Thanks again

If you walk on Guangdong Road, you can find Miu Miu, then you can find it. It locates at the opposite of 修士吧. If you walk inside Harbour City, then you walk to the direction of Stone Grill, then you can see it on your left hand side.
I visited this restaurant today just a few minutes before 3:00 p.m. The waitresses were very loyal to the rules: no afternoon tea before 3:00 p.m. So I and my girlfriend waited till 3:00 p.m. and then made our choice.
I ordered 果一道至專三文治. The taste was ok but too much 素肉was used. It made me thirsty. I know such kind of food contains a lot MSG.

Good and Inexpensive! Smile Nov 05, 2000
Share with MessengerShare on TwitterShare on Facebook
The afternoon tea sets are very inexpensive. With around $15, one can have a bowl of rice noodles and a drink. The cost for changing the drink to fruit juice is only $5. The food is of quality too.
    I will visit it again!
