呢間嘢我哋成日都嚟,但係自從疫情之後就好似未嚟過,突然之間好想食串燒,於是就約咗我個酒肉朋友一齊去。 一去到,我哋當然就叫咗一杯啤酒,凍冰冰涼透心 ($7X)。 呢間嘢最好食嘅,我一定會推介明太子沙律!佢啲明太子咬落去粒粒卜卜趣,好過癮。我每次都掛住佢,不過唔平㗎,好似要$7X。 我哋又嗌咗辣腸,牛舌,雞泡魚乾,三文魚飯團,同埋雞翼。全部都好好味,雞泡魚乾送酒就一流。 之後叫咗一支清酒,好抵,三百幾蚊。再嗌多咗幾個小食(燒年糕),但掛住食都冇影相,淨係影咗枝豆。臨尾,我哋都嗌咗一jar啤酒,好圓滿咁結束。 每位$815。 continue reading

🇭🇰 • 🍢 SKEWER2021最後2日啦~等我介紹一間由幾位姨姨們主理既日式居酒屋。呢間小店主打日式串燒,調味唔會過多,叫埋酒絕配呀🤩👍🏻呢度既串燒一份兩串,屬於中高既價位。根據經驗,我地唔肚餓就人均$250,肚餓就人均大約$400-$500🤣今次肚餓就叫左雞腎($48)、雞翼($54)、雞脾軟骨($46)x2、燒粟米($42)、燒薯仔($40)、燒牛脷($78)、燒豬頸肉串($58)、燒雞泡魚乾($78)、香草燒羊仔排($135)、金菇牛肉卷($78);飲品就叫左烏龍凍茶($30)、可樂($28) [👦🏻💬熱綠茶或熱水$10/杯]。✍🏻整體黎講串燒都係好食既,唔係係咁落孜然粉/調味粉個d。搵幾樣黎講下先:▫️燒薯仔係燒成個美國薯仔🥔,燒完擺一大舊牛油🧈等佢慢慢溶,好邪惡但好好食🥲▫️燒粟米等得比較耐,但燒完係一粒粒軟軟地好甜既粟米,又係推介👍🏻▫️雞腎、雞軟骨同豬頸肉都係好食,無補充🤣▫️雞翼係雞全翼,用錫紙包住雞翼尖比我地可以用手食,不過今次燒到乾左d🤏🏻▫️香草燒羊仔排叫左七成熟,雖然無血水但感覺都係太生,下次叫八成熟先🤔不過羊仔排用香草燒得幾香口,一d都唔羶。▫️金菇肥牛卷熱到辣口,正呀喂🤣▫️燒牛脷同燒雞泡魚乾就不過不失啦。總括黎講,呢間係我最鍾意既串燒店👍🏻🔥純燒鳥 (尖沙咀)📍尖沙咀山林道33號A地下 continue reading

疫情下未能出外旅遊,每次想靜靜的吃點日式串燒都會來《純燒鳥》~店面不大,但日式的裝潢在柔和的燈光下還是會有點温暖的感覺。整間店是由幾位大媽負責招待和煮食,雖然沒有深夜食堂的老闆那樣暖心般的治癒,但食物質素也是不錯的。燒雞肉、燒雞軟骨、燒牛肉、燒牛舌、燒菇、燒薯仔和燒多春魚一口氣點了,和朋友就着啤酒和清酒,在融和舒服的氣氛下,就這樣談笑着在熱辣辣的串燒中過了一晚。最後一定要食埋燒飯團(那晚也叫了烏冬來頂肚😅)雖然燒飯團叫完也要等一陣子才會預備好,但飯團焦香的味道下吃到外脆內軟的感覺,值得期待;燒牛舌也是每次必點的菜式,水準之作。 continue reading

本身想book另一間點知full house , search 下附近有冇類似嘅日式串燒店,(因為我真係好喜歡食串燒),終於見佢裝修夠傳統,就會一會佢! Book 左7:00 都預咗朋友例遲😅結果差唔多7:45先到😥😥😥其實我6:45 已經入左去坐。避免尷尬,我等到7:15 先叫左杯🍋特飲(有別於出面現成開一支俾你倒,呢度自己調製 我覺得不錯,因為唔想飲啤酒🍻)再等到7:30真係唔掂喎,唯有叫住小小俾自己食先,好彩野食到左一陣佢就出現,連大媽都睇唔過眼話「重未黎呀?」😓我先叫左我自己想食嘅:1/銀杏2/紫蘇雞(有炭燒味,雞肉juicy ) 3/雞軟骨4/燒鰻魚飯團🍙😋😋5/燒牛肉串(唸唸下好似冇出現喎)到朋友黎到先叫左杯啤酒🍻x2, 再叫佢想叫嘅1/雞翼(夠juicy)2/唔知咩大腸(我冇食到🤪,因為我唔食內臟3/牛舌(燶邊)4/餃子🥟(有肉汁,好香甜,脆卜卜外皮包住)5/明太子沙律(比較咸)6/燒日本年糕(我好鍾意食啲有咬口嘅,內軟外脆)全部即叫即燒,熱辣辣好好味!叫下叫下埋單成九百幾蚊! 有氣氛👍🏻👍🏻多謝大豪客😂大媽姨姨服務都好好,朋友好肯定話姨姨係日本人(打扮似又溫柔)不過直接問左都唔係~ continue reading
