To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這家大家樂外賣的叉燒飯讓我非常失望。首先，他們的叉燒切得太薄了。不是要感受到滋味豐富的叉燒肉，但它只是一塊乾燥肉片。這樣的質素對於一道叉燒飯來說，無疑讓人感到非常失望。叉燒肉應該是軟嫩的，帶有一點點的口感，但這份叉燒飯裡的肉片卻是乾巴巴的，一口咬下去幾乎沒有什麼味道。我覺得這根本不是真正的叉燒肉，而只是一些切得薄到不行的普通瘦肉片。我曾經吃過很多家大家樂的叉燒飯，但這家的叉燒質素真的是讓我大失所望。作為消費者，我認為這樣的質量根本無法接受。我希望店家能夠改進他們的叉燒質素，提供給客人更好的食物體驗。我不建議任何人去這家店點叉燒飯，因為你肯定會感到後悔。

叫咗個雞扒炒蛋早餐，個雞扒冇之前咁好食，有啲乾身，但係個醬汁依然都OK，煎雙蛋都算滑身，有蛋味，10點幾已經冇咗蘿蔔糕，只可以配多士，多士好唔吸引，因為外賣嘅關係拎到上嚟已經好林唔脆，淨係比牛油。值得推薦係佢嘅奶茶，一直都係咁好飲，奶滑茶香。

stayed in nearby hotel for staycation As only booked room and we didn't order breakfast ,so went out for breakfast then check outall day breakfast with drink we both order coffee to start our daysmooth fried egg and crispy sunny up sidebacon , bean , toast ,hash brown and honey chick breast toast taste shit as socked too much milk and egg........... bacon could be cook longer time for better armour overall rating is average but price is reasonable in cafe de carol $46 only

由于自己有优惠券晚市扒餐減10塊。所以今天特意去了大家樂享受晚飯。其實很久沒去大家樂，這家店裝修典型大家樂風格，點了黑椒豬扒鷄扒司華力腸餐和蘇皮周打魚湯。減了優惠券才50.5實比很高。説實話味道非常不錯，豬扒鷄扒很香，司華力腸味道也很好，配上黑椒汁味道滿分。不過周打魚湯有點失色，雖然內裏配料很多，但湯底實在比較稀。味道衹是一般。但整體來說這個扒餐還是很滿意。加上晚上8點這裏吃晚餐的人不多可以靜靜的享受。
