To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 20250802 週六早上約左朋友在中環食早餐,位置都難搵,朋友曾經來過都搵唔到,要到禮賓部詢問。裝修簡潔,在中環當然唔會寬敞,但我也覺可以,價格尚可,茶為八元1位,點心一般30-50元,點心都是落單即蒸的,賣相好,引起食慾。服務員細心有禮,辣椒油夠香辣不錯。黃沙豬潤腸,在外邊比較少有,腸粉皮夠滑稍厚,豬潤就覺得不錯。酥皮焗叉燒包,酥皮正,叉燒餡味不太鹹,亦唔會好多汁,我覺得幾好。陳皮牛肉球,一般啦,其中一粒朋友食落覺得唔太熟驚就沒有食,結單時已向店員反映。冬瓜蓉金桔繡球酥,唔太甜,酥皮有點兒實。 continue reading

曾經是米芝蓮一星的添好運,今天見沒有什麼人,就入去叫了牛筋腩烏冬,等了20分鐘,烏冬是溫的,牛筋腩是凍的,曾經的米芝蓮都如此,真係「冇啖好食」!我本來都唔想出聲,俾錢嘅時候居然問我係唔係好好食。咁我只可以照實答啦,佢仲話面係即刻煮嘅我話面又唔熱,牛筋腩仲係凍嘅,點解會係咁呢? $50一碗,用一個好細嘅碟裝住,真係難睇到呢…香港嘅飲食業絕對係唔易做,本來真的想支持本港企業,希望香港不負美食天堂的美譽,但真的很失望 continue reading

今天中午來到香港機鐵站的添好運 我忘記了之前有沒有吃過今天點了以下點心: 鮮蝦腐皮卷,這個炸得不錯酥皮焗叉燒包,初嘗不錯是熱辣辣的,但吃到一半會覺得很甜晶瑩鮮蝦餃,正常Size的蝦餃,皮也很薄 洛神花米網紅米蝦腸,脆脆的,但腸粉不熱,洛神花醬是另上的,不過我還是比較喜歡配搭醬油豉汁蒸鳳爪,上面的味道不夠,下面的有一點咸,大家吃的時候記得Mix一下最後,就是服務態度可以一下,畢竟店舖是在機鐵站有很多旅客來吃。 continue reading

初四下午3點黎食,人都少少多服務方面,一坐低都聽到有人同待應姐姐嘈緊 ,都感覺到同平日一樣,招呼都唔妨好 。到我地岩岩食完野,飲多杯茶,個黑衫制服姐姐好快過黎問我啲食物黎晒未,扮明想趕人走 。我坐低到走,都講緊半個鐘度,佢咁樣講野都幾有問題,當時都忍唔住嘈佢兩句 。跟手有另外個姐姐黎兜話係幫我地追單,但我啲碗碟擺明就岩岩食完啦 。到講食物,籠燒賣都未蒸熟既,已經係第二次有尼個情況 。同擺位姐姐講左句,都唔係要佢退錢,但對添好運尼個品牌會幾失望,畢竟都係豬肉黎 。香港站尼間添好運,大把遊客黎,好似唔愁做咁 。 continue reading
