In a city that is synonymous with dim sum it is difficult to determine a "best" dim sum, but this place is definitely up with the best. I have heard so much about Tim ho wan dim sum specialist and today finally got the time to make a visit, it was only 630pm, not a lot of people was queuing. ive order takeaway from this little 1 star dimsum place for several times and this is the first time i eat-in it was an early dinner (around 5) so didnt have to wait food was delicious. service was alright. i loved the 餃 lol beautifully made and the 蒸糕 was equally nice! not too sweet and the spicy sauce is addictive. LOL the korean ladies next to added that to all dim sum ie 菠蘿叉燒包. i guess its okay as its not entirely sweet to begin with
