星期日同我嘅 honey 喺南華會打完保齡之後去咗酒家食晚飯,想不到有意外驚喜! 我們都喜歡吃鮮魚,而今次絕對能滿足我倆的口腹之欲!沙巴龍躉兩食清蒸頭腩看似平凡,其實絶不簡單。火候控制得宜,魚非常新鮮,吃後魚的鮮甜味仍停留在我的舌尖,齒頰留「鮮」。碧綠炒球魚的肉質鮮嫩,配合幼嫩的菜心,美味無比。極品燒鷄皮燒到卜卜脆,鷄嘅鮮味滲透少少鹹味,廚師的烹調技巧拿捏得很好。但因為沙巴龍躉兩食的份量很足,只好吩咐侍應將吃不完的燒鷄包起拿走。一口桂花糕有淡淡的桂花香味,感覺清新。 continue reading

又跟隨朋友來到了南華會,今次到了這家酒家。以前都以為食野同運動風馬牛不相及。但來了兩次,又發現他們混合像少林足球~功夫加足球原來有搞頭。在食飯的場景加個玻璃望著泳池,視覺上非常舒服。令我有不如也運動一下的想法。然後要說回主題,食物方面。有正常酒樓的水準。這個菜芯抄班片,令我有點深刻印像。魚肉結實有香味沒有骨渣。是一塊好班片。一口魚一口菜食起上來覺得常健康。不知道和運動員健康有無直接關係,感覺上他們一菜一雞都比平時的酒樓泡制少了油膩。難得是少了油也不失其美味。豆苖與雞都各自煮得很好。豆苖有豆苖的清香,雞有雞的肉質。最後兩味肉與骨就有點普通。楊州炒飯是茶餐廳的質素。炒肉也好像不夠香脆。不知道是否就是少用了油的關係。但只是不夠好味,並不難食。最後要說價錢,四個人,不用1000元埋單。不是說便宜,但有點裝修設計在銅鑼灣的酒樓食飯。不算貴。 continue reading

團購$176(全包)另外再加了一支紅酒$88如以蛇羹為名的套餐,便不合格。1) 蛇羹用料不足,水狀,完全不覺正在吃蛇羹,失望!2) 豆腐凍的,沒特別。3) 蛇丸上碟時已不熱,只是溫暖,但味道不錯。4) 魚塊白汁十分黏,味道偏咸,個人不喜歡。5) 菜上湯時菜,最好味,因沒特別。6) 糯米飯味道偏咸,配料不足,個人不喜歡。7) 羊腩煲好味,每人能吃到約3塊(共5人)。8) 甜點有桂花味,但白色部份不知是什麼,因只有甜味,而沒其他香味 continue reading

香港美酒節中,跟一班朋友參加了喜運星的品酒晚宴,特別訂做的中菜與阿根廷最好酒莊(Argentina-Ruca Malen Winery) 的紅白酒配合。 酒家環境不錯,安排了私人房間,2張大圓枱上放好了餐單及葡萄酒的知識。酒莊老闆也到了現場作長細講解。每瓶酒跟二道特別的粵菜配搭,我喜歡這裏的新派肥美燒鵝;濃郁多汁,香口惹味的煎金蠔;一口紅燒鮑魚,做得軟嫩也夠鮮味。好味!   continue reading

I was invited by a friend’s birthday there.  I am not a person keen on Cantonese foods, but there surprised me, with many diffusion dishes with good tastes.  And i love the nice and clean ambience with a swimming pool view.A recommending appetizer 風山水起, it mixed with many thin chopped salmon and different vegetables. The spicy crab is also good; It served with the secret sources, frying with the fatty crab. It reminded me the Malaysian seafood cuisine and a small excitement in chili.We ordered eight dishes for 10 people, only paid around $150-200. Try it. It can go without a membership. continue reading
