細個住係呢區,但從來都無留意過原來係雙鳳街街市後面有一間幾有風味既茶樓仔。金滿海鮮坊無金碧輝煌既裝修,但有性格比高既飲茶體驗👍🏻分上下兩層,下層仲有房仔開雀局🀄️今日一行三人大約10:00am就入去試下🤓上層都已經full house,就落下層自己搵位。眼見都係啲街坊熟客仔捧場,同啲職員都好似friend咁,幾有人情味👍🏻👍🏻我地三個大人,食左10碟野,total都係$263🤩🤩今時今日,算係咁啦!整體黎講,味道比較清淡,唔算太重味精!個人覺得非常抵贊👍🏻👍🏻仲要啲材料勁足料,正呀👍🏻👍🏻🐙鳳爪排骨飯:正正常常發揮,啲飯唔係淋,粒粒分明🐙七彩炒米粉:唔係一早煮好哂,翻叮再翻叮果啲,又唔油膩,爽爽地🐙黑椒爽肚:呢個唔係好識欣賞,但黑椒味ok既🐙鮮竹牛肉球:好實肉,好足料,唔似平時既牛肉球,粉多過肉👍🏻👍🏻🐙蟹籽燒賣皇:大大粒,蝦肉鮮味,整體唔會有肥膩感覺。🐙生菜水餃:生菜係西生菜,比較爽口;水餃大大粒,係自己包既,唔似出面交貨黎,除左一舨既木耳呀,仲有芹菜係入面,又係令一種感覺。🐙薑汁雞包仔:呢個真係要讚一讚,搣開個包,入面係見到有薑絲架有薑味內餡足料,唔係實的的既,啲肉係連埋個包到,成個包好香薑汁雞肉味🐙金栗肉碎粥:正正常常,中規中矩🐙鮮蝦菜苗餃:平時食開既鮮蝦菜苗餃都係細細粒,個皮勁厚,唔多菜同肉。但呢到個菜苗餃勁大隻,咬開多汁,幾足料,仲好明顯見到隻蝦,勁有口感🐙韮王鮮蝦腸粉:差唔多每一個腸粉位置都食到蝦既出現,真心抵讚但我個人略嫌個皮較厚,但蝦既分佈咁多,都算抵讚今次係帶埋媽咪出黎飲茶,好彩都無令大家失望。好多時食既唔係食物,係食以前既味道,而係呢到除左食物有質素外,又可以食返佢地以前既味道,對於佢地黎講,好過食什麼山珍海味。畢竟有啲情懷係無可代替....有時間會再帶媽咪去食多次 continue reading

「金滿海鮮舫」,食飯時間一到,朋友拉我去試這航班,結果WOW完全出乎意料!打邊爐愛好者嘅天堂!椰子雞湯底嘅香氣真系逗味蕾起飛🚀,湯底清甜入心,啖啖雞肉嘅香軟,成就一個完美起飛。肥牛片同滑牛揸得位,肥牛片嘅肥滑牽絲,滑牛嘅Q彈完美;真是得心應手。丸子嘅話,我啲愛墨汁丸🎱同芝士魚蛋條🧀,每一口都係彈牙爽口,墨汁丸出奇制勝,味道好充實。至於芝士魚蛋條,嗰芝士味,實在系香得嚟「犀利」。最後雪糕㊙️,雲尼拿和芋頭流露出無盡夏日風情,咁貼心嘅甜點收尾,令呢個晚飯更加圓滿。聚舊日朋友,一邊食好嘢,一邊談笑風生,幸福滿溢。金滿海鮮舫,實在係喺市區中嘅小確幸!🎉 continue reading

朋友介紹佢屋企附近打邊爐幾正,價錢親民又有質素,所以又有藉口唔煮飯🤪。招牌豬骨鍋:其實係胡椒豬骨湯,有大大舊豬骨熬製,豬肉仲有鮮味,唔係煲咗好耐嘅配料,湯底仲有粟米,紅蘿蔔,白蘿蔔。飲落胡椒味好出,就咁飲湯已經好正好夠味,係有少少辣但非常惹味。手切鮮肥牛: 鮮肥牛油花均勻,手切鮮牛夠厚身,滾湯浸8秒就夠,咬落有口感,唔使沾醬油已經好夠味,肉味香濃。四寶丸,雜餃:兩樣都係手工製作。四寶丸有牛丸,豬肉丸,蝦丸,墨丸,手工造唔會有勁多肥豬肉或其他,係啖啖原味。雜餸隻隻勁大粒,非常足料。黃金魚皮:熱辣辣即整,魚皮香脆夠厚,鹹蛋黃唔會好油膩,又唔會好鹹。 continue reading
