Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

- [ ] 永和海鮮酒家一間好傳統local嘅酒樓。門面細細,地下嗰層得七,八張枱。原來樓上仲有二,三,四樓三層。全部人前前後後都係講廣東話好親切。星期六日工作假期都有特價嘅粥粉麵飯。煎腸粉非常出色,佢嘅蝦米同埋蔥都好多,個面煎到燶燶地。有啲似以前細個推車仔嗰啲煎腸粉。蝦餃燒賣都係傳統做法。蝦餃個皮好薄啲蝦好大隻。燒賣就係冬菇燒賣嚟,大大粒。鳳爪同埋咖喱牛筋質素都係中上之作。牛筋個底剩係得一粒薯仔,性價比超高。 continue reading

一年一度公司晚宴,同事話想食海鮮,食得海鮮最唔想遇到嘅事就係俾人鋸到一頸血,最後一行12人去永和食,幾十年西貢老店充滿傳統特色。預先幾日搵店長預留一間房,等大家唔怕嘈到其他人。一直以來都知永和嘅燒鵝同叉燒好食,但由於之後有海鮮做主角,怕食得太飽所以第一道菜揀左脆皮乳鴿食完頭盤就迫不及待叫主角出場【象拔蚌刺身】新鮮象拔蚌刺身相信無人不愛爽口又鮮甜,令人食極都唔夠喉師傅仲好有心機咁砌左朵玫瑰花出嚟依道菜100分象拔蚌個膽由於味道比較濃,所以唔係人人都鍾意生食,拎去椒鹽炸完全解決左依個問題,好似食緊炸蠔咁但又無炸蠔咁膩【椒鹽象拔蚌膽潤】之後就到惹味之王【豉油王大蝦】依個豉油王大蝦好似叫鬼蝦(唔肯定)同一般蝦有d唔一樣,除左個頭扁身d外個殼仲好軟身,食嗰陣可以連殼食所以道菜超惹味,仲唔洗整污糟手講到食海鮮點可以漏左佢【豉椒炒大蟶子皇】一大串肥美嘅蟶子,爽口彈牙又惹味唯一可惜係有少少沙,漏左DD分講左咁耐,終於到Final Boss【巨型椒鹽瀨尿蝦皇】依道菜唔洗介紹,見到樣都知無得頂由於唔知點形容隻蝦嘅大細最後決定用把鉸剪係用嚟做對照(依個size嘅瀨尿蝦喺街市買都差唔多成400-500蚊一斤)食到依道已經有d飽竟然唔聽記得影低條【清蒸大海東星班】最後仲有個菠蘿咕嚕肉同姜汁糕食完一堆海鮮,食個姜汁糕中和就啱曬同事們都非常滿足+滿意唯一要挑剔嘅就係依度食無海照景睇,但食高質海鮮唔洗比人劏已好難得 continue reading

喺西貢請食點心🥧除咗可以揀近碼頭嘅西貢全記之外仲可以揀一間和記飲茶🫖我喺平日嘅晏晝飲茶🫖見到好多住西貢嘅當地人🥳都喺度飲茶呢度飲茶有兩層聲浪比較大但係點心嘅質素真係高😍件件大件夾抵食例如金錢肚同埋鳳爪嘅色素就比較唔同平時我哋用嘅比較好可能用嘅色素不同但係感覺色素冇咁勁😯😯😯另外牛肉球真係平時牛肉球嘅雙倍份量版🥹🥹🥹大家睇相就會知道點心份量嘅大細~多人飲茶仲可以叫飯叫面相當抵食 continue reading

去西貢梗係食海鮮啦,自來海鮮加工,呢間舊式酒樓煮得唔錯。我地自己去西貢街市買了一條斑(好似係老虎斑)再加兩隻龍蝦,澳洲嘅,兩樣野都游水架,夾埋$600,拎去呢間酒樓加工,條魚就清蒸,龍蝦就薑蔥再加伊麵底。條斑蒸得剛剛好,好鮮嫩,龍蝦薑蔥伊麵底都係第一次咁樣食,因為通常都係芝士焗伊麵底,不過薑蔥煮都幾好食,起碼無芝士咁滯。我地另外再叫多個椒鹽鮮魷,好香口好好食。最後仲有薑汁紅棗榚送,真係又好食又抵食。 continue reading
