Totally in love with All Day Breakfast! Is hard to find restaurants that provide all day breakfast in hong kong but Delaney's Kowloon is definitely a good place to recommend  When i arrived there on sunday around 2pm, there were not more than 3 tables of customer  We ordered a Irish All day breakfast, about $100 something with a fresh juice.

Not that many restaurants in Hong Kong serve Full English Breakfast. Delaney's not only serves it well, they serve it at a reasonable price. They used to charge just $108, but the price has been increased to $112 (no service charge) due to inflation. It's a good quality delicious English Breakfast that comes with a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice or tea/coffee. I highly recommend the OJ.
