I don't want to be a hater or something but the service was extremely bad and the price was rather expensive for the mediocre taste of noodles. Initially i was lured by the numerous celebrity photos on the restaurant, thinking that the taste must be delightful. It, however, turns out that the photos were only a mere way to trick customers into a lousy quality and service. The waiter was impatient when taking our order despite only having few customers in the restaurant. Worst of all, the waiter gave us the wrong order and was so rude that his voice was heard in the entire restaurant when trying to insist. Honestly, we were rather calm and polite requesting for the dish we ordered because who knows what the waiter might do to the food.. hmm.. you know what i mean.. he reacted by throwing the food and saying it out loud so that everyone would know. Minutes later the waiter didn't put my order and i wasn't given a meal as if he refused to do business. Table Wait Time: 15 minute(s)

After a long exam, i finally hav time to continue my eating and writing journey! I ate Sun kee almost nine months ago,but i would not forget how tasty the cheese and pork neck meat were
The chessy sauce was the main reason of my visit because I love CHEESE!! The cheesy sauce was delicious and not too salty. And the cheese and the instant noodles were a perfect match!!the noodle was not too dry or too wet to eat.
some of the surface were wholly covered with black stain.

As other comments said, the famous Cheese sauce instant noodle is not for cheese lover. Merely can taste cheese and noodle is too hard. We also ordered the deep fried chicken wings. They cut those chicken wings in half but still taste nothing (I thought that helps marinate the meat better). I wonder if they had marinate those. Expensive (as HK style cafe) for nothing. Date Dined: Thurs 20th 2011 7.40pm Ordered: Cheese balls with Cheesy noodles & ice cold tea
Conclusion: This place was quite hard to find. it is inside an old shopping mall which is very ghetto and have a few entrance. If you come from Miramir shopping centre, cross over the road and it is on the left. That entrance will lead u straight to the shop which is right inside the shopping mall. There were many people in the restaurant. Nearly ull inside the restaurant. We got a seat right inside. the menu was easy to read. The cheesy noodles had a few options from chicken fillet, pork chop to pork neck. I prefered the cheesy balls. the menu also had other cafe stuff from sandwiches to soup spaghetti. The noodles costed 35 hk dollars which is not cheap for just a noodle. but i guess it is becuase the cheese is expensive and uses condende milk to amke I was told. The shop is quite old and doesnt give me a thril. I liked the noodles, but I liked the cheesy ball most. I liked it but not enough to crave for it. I will come back but probably not in short time.

When I first heard on the radio of this noodle shop ... I was all excited and really want to try. Although I'm not a "cheese" fans .... but their concept of 芝士撈麵 sounds attractive.
We were there early, and managed to have our own table. Not long after, the whole place was packed .... and really not too comfortable. I had high expectations of the food ...... but it was only so-so. Only the 芝心丸 was worth recommending. Crunchy exterior and melting warm cheese inside. Other than that, even their speciality 芝士 sauce was not that special.
瑞士雞翼
In conclusion, based on their specialities, and the prices they charged for ...... think they are popular only cos 明星效應 lor. Recommended Dish(es):

Hong Kong style comfort food at its best. The dry instant noodles with grilled pork neck, fried egg, topped with cheese sauce? Absolutely delicious! Noodles were cooked perfectly, the yolk of the fried egg's still runny, the grilled pork neck was juicy and tasty, and the cheese sauce? Delicate cheese flavor and not too corn starchy. Yummy! The spicy beef rice with fried egg was also delicious. Sweet, spicy and kicking! I will definitely go back again. http://mochachocolatarita.blogspot.com

It was a Cheesy day, a Cheesy Friday to be exact, a yummy one as well! Thanks to Mochachocolata Rita, I was lucky enough to be invited to this Cheesy night event! How cheesy? This resto hiding inside an old building in TST is known for its cheese instant noodles. A neighborhood kind of a joint with tables tightly packed together; expect to share a table with strangers or perhaps pretty girls and handsome guys if you are luck. There are several variations and being the hungry me, I ordered the one with almost everything! Deep fried pork chops, chicken wings and fried eggs! Rita knew EXACTLY what I wanted to do before I reach for the bowl hence the wonderful styling of the noodles! Thanks Rita! The cheese sauce was creamy to a point being a bit too starchy. More sauce would be nice and a strong cheese flavor would be nice great. Spicy Beef Rice with egg was another item on the menu which was tempting but quite spicy as being told. Likes: -quick and hearty dish Dislikes: -Overly creamy cheese sauce -Stronger cheese flavors would be nice Avg Spending: Below HKD 100 per person Original Blog with Pictures: http://www.jasonbonvivant.com/2010/06/sun-kee.html

Apparently there are places which copied this shop, but let's see how good it is here. Cheese sauce with Chargrilled Pork Neck and instant noodle. Pork Neck as expected was quite fatty, tasty, with grilled flavour. A bit too dry as a compromise to get more flavour out of it - I guess with the gooey cheese sauce on top, this texture is acceptable. Noddles were u know, instant noodles. Cheese sauce however was quite bad, no cheese taste at all. Taste liked a béchamel sauce. Ultimately, very expensive for this type of low end food that doesn't fill you up. Not bad as a snack though. jojopi (Non-member) | fair food quality but costs that much which does not make sense. it was bad experience and does not worth going there again for paying that much for such service. i have been waiting so long for the food, the people next table came later but finished first. one staff there looked quite unhappy and i suggested him not going to work if he is moody, that is affecting everyone's appetite. Although i was being served in this way, i said thank you when they gave me the change. however, i didn't expect a "thank you" should be missing from the restaurant after paying the bill. kau kee, one of the recognized "arrogant" shops in town does provide a far higher level of service in comparsion with such small shop. P.S. i saw they put a basket of squids on a wet floor inside the kitchen. that looked disgusting and luckily i didn't order squids Spending per head: Approximately HKD40(Tea)

Very unique to serve instant noodles in cheese sauce, although the stuff that comes with it are rather ordinary such as the red sausages, fried eggs etc. The vermicelli in tomato sauce is also good, because the vermicelli are the fine ones, so it gets more flavoured by the sauce. Yummy....... Other Ratings: Taste 3 | Environment 3 | Service 3 | Hygiene 3 | Value for Money 3
