之前到了深水埗著名的文青街大南街走了一圈🤓發覺在咖啡店熱潮退卻後這裏依然有不少展覽場地和手工藝店生存,和原生的皮革或布匹店有新的共生方式🥸推介大家去大南天梯走一走沿著路走到了太子站附近,這裏有一家著名的炭火燒臘店🔥剛好趁有下午茶點了炭火燒肉飯,送例湯共收$45師傅手起刀落斬好燒肉放上飯面,共有6件燒肉🍖不過有點厚薄不一,皮面很香脆😁肉質鬆軟肥瘦相間,一碗白飯填得滿滿的,例湯亦有驚喜是足料,下午茶性價比算高🤑 continue reading

星期六中午12 點半左右的午飯時間,見飯店內人不多,只坐了約 4 成客人,簡簡單單兩個人分別點了招牌燒肉飯(碟)和乳豬燒骨飯(碟)嘗嘗。~燒肉飯燒肉皮脆肉嫩、大約有10 小件,份量可以,入口不死咸有肉本身的味道、好吃!不過最敗筆的是米飯飯量不但小、而且是涼的。。。當日室外氣溫約攝氏18-19 度左右,在中午午飯最繁忙時段食燒味碟頭飯,靈魂的米飯居然是涼的,對、作為一間標傍傳統味道的老店請問情何以堪?~ 乳豬燒骨飯乳豬和燒排骨的肉量相對小,燒排骨明顯係用長年雪藏肉。。。肉質入口硬、柴同木。。。味道只係滿口的密糖味。。。一點都不好吃!乳豬選用優質冰鮮越南乳豬靚貨,合格,不過啲米飯當然又是涼的。。。綜合只是一間所謂的地方老店,所有事情都是從自己角度出發,老王賣瓜、平平無奇!希望老板同老伙記們可以再努力啲啲從出品、客戶喜好處再出發,加油! continue reading

已經係第三次去食叉燒,我自己鍾意食有燶邊嘅半肥叉,呢幾年成日食叉燒都係失望而回,有時叫半肥叉會俾好肥/好瘦,市面已經好少燶邊,同埋好多時舊肉入面係白雪雪的…-有一次誤打誤撞見到永合隆,門面幾old school,有好多外剛內柔嘅叔叔,仲有遊客喺入面食緊,就入去試下,竟然食得返兒時叉燒味~-永合隆嘅叉燒暫時係我唯一嘅選擇,一想食叉燒就會食佢,-佢係仲用緊炭爐做燒味嘅燒爉店,可以食得返細個時嘅味道,每次食完都好滿足!多謝你地用心製作,尊重食材🙏🏻 continue reading
