行過行過,唔試唔得㗎!今次我黎到咗平記,腦海中不停諗起大家嘅推介,所以馬上落單咗碗豬油撈麵同埋雲吞蝦子撈麵。先講豬油撈麵,睇落簡簡單單,一撈起嚟,麵條滑而唔膩,帶勁嘅彈性入口即化,仲有淡淡嘅豬油香,咸香適中,簡直係屋企感覺🏠!但蝦子撈麵就啱啱哋,蝦子唔夠鮮香,整體感覺好似有啲欠火喉。跟住嘅,就係啱啱哋嘅雲吞啦!一啖一粒剛剛好,外皮蛋味濃郁,同肉餡嘅鮮味完美融合,係得嚟唔攝👍。場邊,隔籬桌嘅媽媽點咗杯奶茶,我聽到咗就跟風試咗一杯,真係正!奶味同茶味夠晒平衡,順滑得嚟唔膩嗮口😋。嘆罷奶茶,我就同隔籬嘅媽媽傾起食嚟,帶嚟咁多暖笠笠嘅交流,食飯嘅時候仲可以咁多嘅分享同歡樂,真係一個愉快嘅體驗!下次我一定再嚟,希望到時候除咗豬油撈麵,其他嘢都可以撈上心頭😉! continue reading

聽人介紹嚟試一下,第一次食蝦籽麵滿心期待。除咗面頭第一啖食到少少蝦籽味之外,第二、第三啖都冇乜。同其他評論講嘅一樣,唔夠香。麵下面放咗油,傑傑地,唔知係咪豬油,一樣冇香味。撈埋之後更加食唔到蝦籽香,成碟麵偏凍,唔係好知食緊咩,而且味道好淡,食到成pat蝦籽先有啲味。清湯夠熱,好飲。雲吞細細粒,5粒左右,都好食。價錢不便宜,份量唔多,食完可以試埋附近嘅美食。如果當正餐嘅話就未必夠飽,叫做墊下肚唔肚餓。整體覺得普通、正常。 continue reading

平記麵記(1:18pm brunch)每逢星期三休息作為大埔人,但一直都未試過平記蝦籽麵,今日決定試試。從舊街市經營到而家,好似去到第三/ 四代,與同枱年長老街坊傾談中,知道佢啲麵係會自己打,所以食落冇乜鹼水味。👍🏽 叫咗個蝦籽雲吞撈麵,食麵前試試碗湯,清清地幾好飲,唔似一般麵舖嗰啲湯頭咁得個死鹹。一眼望落去蝦籽鋪滿個麵,蝦籽唔會太鹹,但個人覺得唔夠香。唔講都唔知,原來每碗撈麵都有落豬油,證明豬油唔特別香,另一失色之處。🐽雲吞好結實鮮味,裏面有細細隻蝦仔,幾好食 😋 一個撈麵有5-6 粒。辣椒油夠香夠辣,適合愛辣之人 🌶️ 去得街市個玩法就係好多食店都唔包嘢飲,呢個價錢其實有啲偏貴🤑,試一次無妨。 continue reading

今朝一早就到大埔熟食中心搵早餐食,經過記得好耐冇食個平記,咁就就坐低叫咗個細蓉~不一會熱辣辣嘅雲吞麵就上枱,望上去嘅麵堅挺紮實沒有軟淋淋嘅感覺,夾起入口,爽口嘅竹昇麵,加上本身豬肉雲吞確係一絕,略嫌湯頭比較平淡,如果是說傳統的雲吞,已是不錯的選擇。冇記錯之前有人講過,話平記嘅雲吞豬肉味蓋過蝦味,有少少資料提供補充,平記本身嘅雲吞係肉多蝦少嘅舊式雲吞,如果再舊一點的廣州雲吞只是只有豬肉,所以平記雲吞肉味重屬於正常呀,而家香港普遍有勁多蝦嘅係後期演變出嚟。ps 最不喜愛啲蝦多到好似蝦餃咁嘅雲吞⋯⋯戴返頭盔先,我覺得好唔好食≠你覺得好唔好食,好唔好食因人而異。 continue reading

平記麵家 - 如果你見到兩位後生仔碌麵,建議你可以不食,因為我幾次見到佢都碰釘,不能做到麵爽效果,豬油配料各樣不一,未能維持質素,相反如果你遇到老師傅(即係老闆)咁你就要試一試啦,加多句多豬油,香氣滿溢,配上銀絲細麵,「正」,此外,雲吞亦都係該店的靈魂,舊式雲吞,多豬肉餡雲吞,最緊要用咗靈魂「豬油」,堅正😊 continue reading
