Food:
They have a range of Frozen Yoghurt to choose from, approx 6-8 with seasonal specials (Halloween for example). Prices range from 42HK$ to 70HK$. What convinced us here is the whole package, the branding of the store, combined with the nice interior design and how the different ingredients are presented, as well as the look of the final result.

The only drawback we see is the price.

Halloween Special:
Interesting design, with a lot of love for the detail, it almost felt wrong to eat this and not admire it more. The frozen Yoghurt itself is average, while not too sweet (very often the case) or too flavourless.

Ingredients are fresh and marshmallows, chocolate, mochi etc do taste fresh and not too chewy.

The first food review becomes the first review for Smile in K11

The yougrt itself has a artistic look, with a various(about 5) selected choices. Acttually the yogurt base is quite smooth, the taste is fresh. Crumbs inside, vanilla sauce combined with the mangoes and blueberries at the bottom makes this cup of yougrt different from that of normal self-served Froyos. It's good for summer, as I considered as a refreshment.

Prices are resonable as the taste, the shop presetation and in a region like K-11, $45 per cup is fine to me.

However, the staff wasn't familiar with the system, and talks quite loudly in the shop. Might bring disturbance.
