We've tried Nha Trang in TST before and decided to come to the store in Shatin to give a try. Reserved a table at 7 and got our seat at 715 --- the queue is so long even it is a weekday! So if you wanna try, remember to reserve a table in advance. 藕苗沙律 the baby lotus stem is so cute! with the thai dressing the salad tastes really fresh and is suitable for summer 
蝦頭糕炒雜菜 Really yum! the sauce is really rich (and a bit buttery) - probably high cholesterol but really nice! 
Chewy rice paper with a big portion of crab, recommend!
