To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 疫情後幫襯了幾次,每次也一樣,忍不住評論一下1. 食物味道比一般還要差,純粹靠以前名氣維持,以及附近沒有其他茶餐廳競爭而已2. 等待時間極耐,試過好幾次。先講堂食:不計在外已等10-15分鐘,由坐下點餐起計,依家等30分鐘食物才到,期間看到廚房只不斷進出外賣(網上外賣平台);再講外賣自取:咁要等超過45分鐘;未試過網上外賣平台,沒有評論。3. 態度未到惡劣,但禮貌就一定冇,點餐就好快,點完餐就唔再理你要求。(不過茶餐廳就預咗,都唔算係缺點,只係順便講埋) continue reading

之前食過九龍灣分店覺得普通,今次就試下筲箕灣店。一去到門口已經有人龍,排左十分鐘左右就有位,店內裝飾睇得出都有啲歷史,牆上好多明星簽名同poster。今次就試左老外早餐($48),個炒蛋分量好多,多到遮住晒下面既粟米,茄汁豆無特別,但我鍾意佢用兜裝住,唔會搞到其他野食都變晒茄汁豆味🤣薯餅仲熱架👍🏻脆卜卜咁好正(˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)將炒蛋夾落多士到一齊食簡直完美。常餐($47)可以轉牛肉意粉,唔洗加錢架,跟餐叫左太陽蛋🍳,真係煎得好靚👍🏻👍🏻第一次見湯意粉個陣覺得好怪,食多幾次又覺得ok,但一定要加胡椒粉,如果唔係個湯底有啲普通。我覺得整體質素比九龍灣個間好好多,唔知係咪因為呢間係總店所以質素好啲呢😆😆 continue reading

餐廳座落橫街,但都容易認出。由於平日過了上班時間,無需等位就可以入座。餐牌上有港式和外國早餐,但由於之後去做運動,我就點了一份公司三文治,另外一個朋友就點了港式早餐。上餐速度奇快,基本上一叫到入單就已經上菜。公司三文治入面有滑蛋鹹牛肉、番茄、青瓜、火腿同芝士等。味道有層次,而且口感不錯,我最欣賞滑蛋鹹牛肉加入三文治後令到口感提升。而朋友的港式早餐也很不錯,通粉味道可,而滑蛋都很出色。華星冰室的黑松露炒蛋真的要試,蛋漿很滑,黑松露也很香。另外我也喜歡食他常餐,通粉不會煮得太淋,味道不錯! continue reading
