V Cuisine is a newly renovated Dim Sum Restaurant and it's our first time visiting them today, thought of maybe to give them a try.

We arrived at 9:20am, and walk out from the restaurant at 11:15am.....we did not have a big feast of breakfast there, only order 1 scallop porridge, siew mai, har kao, chee cheong fan and the beef ball. Total 5 dishes and cost HKD98 only.

The dim sum quality are acceptable, the scallop porridge is totally tasteless, it has the scallop fragrance in it but totally too plain to digest, no garnishing on top (normally for porridge it will be garnish in scallion atlest), even after adding so salt it still tasteless.sad

The reason why i emphasize you should only visit them when you have plenty of time is because the waiting for food is extremely extremely long. huffyWe observed the table around us also waited for a long time for their food to arrive. By the time the first dim sum reach us, we already finished half a pot of the tea and water.
Normally having a dimsum breakfast at most took 1 hour to finish eating and get your bill paid. At this restaurant, it took ridiculously 2 hours to finish and walk out and it's not like we have ordered a banquet there. ><

The waiting of food is really tiring and to add salt to the pain, getting your bill to reach you also took another 20-25 minutes. sad

My tips for you when footing the bill, dig out all the coins and small change you have, pay them the exact amount so that you need not waste another half an hour sitting there waiting for your change to come back.
