Ordered: Ivory silk cocktail & Blueberry Mojito Cocktail

Experience: I was having high expectations from Ozone, have heard so much rave about it recently. The bar is high up at 118th floor, which made my ears popped a few times and still blocked when I was up there.
Took escalator straight up to the bar from 103th floor where Chocolate libary is. The lifts were quite small to be honest but indeed very funky.

The bar looked very dark and very cyber looking. main color theme inside was purple, but seldomly you will see green lights on your companions' face. The view outside was breathtaking. High up at 118th floor, you could see almost everything surrounding ICC.

The bar grabbed my attention. It was white with no bar seats . the lights on the bar changes colour every so often from green, red blue etc. Looked very pretty at night than daytime. There werent many seats outside but mainly you need to share with people.

The drinks were okay, not the best cocktails I have tasted, but i think when you come to chill at places like this, you wouldn't care much on how good the cocktail is. All your attention and interest would be on the view and the decoration. There weren't alot of cocktail range to choose from on the menu,

As there were a party later on, we moved back in indoors. There are plenty of seats inside. It was dark and cyber looking. with a complex ceiling that looks like some kinda modern art.

The sofa were comfortable and with cushions. But outside is more relaxing as the music was quite loud for a chat inside.

Service: Service was good. The waiters were polite and always looked out for any request. When i requested to sit back inside, he kindly guided me and asked me if i wanted sofa seats or not. Also bought my drinks inside too. the service was better outside than inside. the girl inside was moody and took away our glass without even asking. Which is really rude.

the place is so high that the view isn't actually that nice. at least at aqua you're high enough and eye level with most of the buildings in hong kong side. it's stunning at aqua. at ozone, you're so high, you're seeing rooftops. and if you go on a cloudy day, disregard the rain, you'll literally be in a cloud, which means you see two feet in front of you.

inside ozone, they've got a lighting scheme that's cool for about 5 minutes. and after that, most likely you won't notice it, or if you do, it's kind of annoying and tacky. the lights change from green to blue to red, reminding me of something tacky like my friend's backyard hot tub. but this is no backyard because it should be the 118th floor of the icc/ritz carlton.

i went on saturday night. the crowd was too diverse. i'm in my twenties, the group beside me was in their fifties, and the other side was business professionals. they have a bar, a lounge, a dining area, and a patio. they play music ranging from african drums to a tribe called quest to techno to top 40. with time, im sure they'll figure out what they want, but right now, their ambivalence is really annoying.

i'm definitely not going again, but you have to go up for yourself to find out what the 118th is or isnt.

No doubt, located in the sky-height building sounds cool to visit. However, it's not my taste to hang out there after-dinner/late night drinks; maybe not a bad choice of happy hour of bruching when the weather is good.

It's long, with one-side indoor and another side outdoor; one thing I find it no fun is, it is actually a restaurant+bar; when people want to have drinks, have fun, while others keep eating with forks, spoons and chopsticks moving around, it's rather difficult to relax and drink. Seats and tables look like staff canteen of some sizable companies, looks funny while the lighting and whole theme should be a bar.

I think they need time to fine-tone the category, whether it's a bar/clubbing site for fun; or it's just a casual dining area with outdoors seating area.

I arrived at 9:30pm, some tables are empty and they don't have reservation policy so they are just empty. The waitress told me if I want to sit down, the minimum charge is 1,000 for a 4-seats table. I told her I just want to have a drink, 2 of us, that is 2 drinks and we'll leave. Then, she said, the min charge is not valid then....okay...then, why not just save it..

Cocktail, no high expectation at all as most places cannot do it nice. Anyway, picked one called Flower Valley, kind of voldka mix. It's actually iced canned organge jiuce...no goodsad

Music is no good as well, kidn of weird, not this and not that while the next table was having spring rolls and Asia dishes...just weird to have this in a "bar" in my perception.
