To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. ...當晚一家共11人食6點頭輪冬至飯, 叫了一隻豉油雞, 第一次上檯, 隻雞係"冰凍", 向待應反映, 取走處理, 第二次上檯, 隻碟熱, 但雞都係"凍", 我們再叫待應, 再取走, 第三次上檯, 隻雞蒸熱到完全"縮水", 我們向送上檯的穿黑色衣服的男士詢問, 為什麼咁, 他說"唔知", 我們再問為什麼不換過一隻, 他說"無雞了"..豈有此理, 食頭輪無雞可以換, .....我們拒絕唔要第三次上檯的雞.....坦白說食物水準好味與否見人見至, 但今時今日咁既服務質數竟然可以?, 仲身處嘉里中心, 又說是什麼人的徒第, 一隻雞可以連續三次送比個客.....管理亦出現問題, 完全令到顧客儲蓄恕火, 我們再揾店經理馮生, 把事情告知, 一年到晚冬大過年, 埋單2500元, 經理仲說沒有收隻雞錢, 我們無食到...當然不用付錢, 你不收錢難度我們要"謝恩"嗎.... continue reading

曾聽說這酒樓是某集團老板開而自己會去食飯的地方,所以質素有所保證。其實自己住近這區,之前竟只去過一次,還是家人叫飲茶才去的。今次去飲茶,選了個平日,覺得整體環境及座位舒適,空間寬敞。因只與一位朋友去,只點了5個點心,每款質素都算唔錯,量亦足夠。餐牌上點心選擇算多,價錢由小點$23至特點$49,算是經濟,而粉麵亦大多$115,最貴荷葉飯也只$168,如果去酒店級中菜酒樓,現時最平的豉油皇炒麵可能都要$150起,其他款式大多超過$220,甚至三百幾一碟。酒樓由於位於商業大廈也近商業區,平日中午時有午市商務套餐,只$106/位(需2位起及另茶芥及加一),包靚湯、蔬菜、白飯及水果,而自選小菜選擇亦有36款之多。繁忙時段能在這舒適環境享用這價錢的套餐,對於辦公室上班一族來說算是有選擇。提一提酒樓員工的服務也不過不失,只是酒樓地點不近地鐵站。 continue reading

昨晚好高興出席由何故兄攪的「富嘉閣經典名菜夜宴」,菜式由人所共知的前輩李文基名廚(人稱基哥)親自安排及處理;他更特別從《中國名菜集錦》中精選了多款經典名菜,讓在座各位賓客能享受到書中的經典味道,真是一次不一樣的美食體驗!😋十款精選菜餚,包括:1. 順德魚雲羹、2. 金牌蝦多士拼琵琶豆腐、3. 釀花膠筒伴珍菌、4. 金華玉樹雞、5. 鳳眼菓炆肉排、6. 鮑汁蝦籽柚皮、7. 經典樟茶鴨、8. 基哥齋煲、9. 上湯片兒麵、10. 懷舊馬拉糕。最喜歡又最有特色的,相信係手工極多的魚雲羹、外脆內軟的琵琶豆腐、鮮嫩爽甜的金華玉樹雞、超級美味的樟茶鴨、不一樣的齋煲及鮮甜美味的片兒麵。其中這味「經典樟茶鴨」,不說不知原來用料非常講究,首先要選用德國燒鹽再加入香料醃製一個晚上,待第二日才放入焗爐蒸熟;放涼透後,加入茶葉、糖、蔗渣等材料煙燻(還要特別選用德國樟木條作為煙燻的木材),之後放涼備用,待上枱前才把外皮炸脆;看似簡單,原來事前準備功夫這麼複雜,是真真正正的手工菜!*最後要鳴謝 @Eric Ng 提供的日本清酒*何故兄出的第二卷《回憶中的香港味道》,當然也要支持一下#富嘉閣地址: 鰂魚涌英皇道683號嘉里中心2樓電話: 27500823 continue reading

七味炸豆腐唔夠味道,乾爭爭,毫無味道,七味粉唔夠,嚟到又唔夠熱,上菜嗰時啲豆腐唔熱嘅!波蘿叉燒包皮好厚,唔夠熱。芋角鬆化好味囉。陳皮香酥骨食落蜜味,幾甜喎,好有陳皮味,陳皮香酥骨份量少。蝦餃膽固醇好高呀,夠大隻,都足料。小糖菜不過不失,都嫩綠嘅,普通爽無乜特別。豉椒排骨炒河都Okay 嘅,比較油膩。鐵觀音茶味夠濃,都Okay 嘅。地方環境乾淨囉。環境幾好囉,樓底幾高。點心款式唔多。唔係首選,下次未必再嚟,是次體驗未如理想。 continue reading
