take-away chinese dim-sum & steam-rice are not that special, but when it's belongs to a department of a local-cafe, it should be a fusion-culture to catch citizen or tourist at the same time! knowing this restaurant at least 3 years since their opening, usually bought take-away as too crowdy each time even morning, afternoon or evening! I went with couple-friends few months at last before in a breakfast time to try their famous french toast
then the coffee or tea is sfsg,
btw, I went there again to taste something different : tomato-soup with beef Macaron
then luncheon meat is in a crispy condition better than no fried
Supplementary Information: too crowdy even in a early morning, men next to my table love the chinese-style dim-sum or rice for breakfast!Recommended Dish(es):

We choose this place After reading review on open rice saying that the toast was great. It is Okay toast! Not great. As for the tomato macaroni, is okay too. Only the set breakfast is a good value. Others is just okay. I will give this place a 3 stars.

Similar to ADC, this place also serves sets comprising of scrambled eggs and macaroni, however only the eggs and toast taste good at ADC. The macaroni only acts as a filler at ADC. However the macaroni at Man Wah tastes good, there are several options for macaroni, you can opt for noodles if you do not like macaroni. This place also serves dim sum and snacks such as fried chicken wings and pickled vegetables. If a normal sized macaroni doesn’t satisfy your hunger, they also have an extra large portion on a huge bowl. The main problem is that the tables are too small you can't order too much! Anyway, I ordered the set and tried the famous macaroni with liver in tomato broth, and the macaroni with liver in ginger broth, with scrambled eggs and toast. I also ordered chicken wings in cumin as well. The wings came first, the cumin was strong and generous, however the wings were over fried to the extent the chicken was dry and tough.
The texture of the egg was so light and fluffy. The luncheon ham that came with it was just right and not too salty.
The soup for the liver and ginger was good, the tomato was Ok, but it was ruined by the ginger in the soup base.

多士 , 餐肉炒蛋 , 叉燒公仔面 My first thought when the food came was that there was a really small portion of eggs. And, there was just one piece of luncheon meat. At the same time, I couldn’t help marveling at how tidily the two pieces of toast were laid on top of one another, totally undented as well, and perfectly cut and toasted. Indeed, all three items on the tidy plate tasted decent. Decent, only, because there was room for lots of improvement. Firstly, the eggs and spam were not hot enough. The spam even seemed to have been left in the cold for ages because it had developed a hard and tough outer skin. However, it was quite a thick cut, and I preferred it to the usual two paper thin pieces at many other places. Of course, the quality wasn’t as good as that in Tai Hing, which has real meat pieces. As for the toast – I felt they were the most impressive. Not only were the slices adequately thick and crispy, but the butter was also completely even on both slices. As for the cha siu noodles – although both the cha siu and the noodles were satisfactory, on the whole, it was a disappointment because the soup was somewhat tasteless, and totally let the noodles down. Overall, I still somehow prefer the food at 澳牛, but I would choose this place if I wanted to eat at a slower pace, without so much hustle all around me (not saying that this place is not crowded – it is, just not as much). We ordered the macaroni and beef in tomato soup, with spam and scrambled eggs alongside the thickly sliced buttered toast. The food isn't particularly brilliant, but it is still miles better than some of the others along the same street. The main problem was consistency, for example, the beef - whilst mine was quite tough and had bits of tendon, my friend's was the opposite, the spam - mine was way undercooked, hers was perfect. On the other hand, good work on not dousing the beef with loads of crap to tenderise it, as it had very good flavour which wasn't overpowered by the soup. Does anyone else find the macaroni way too overcooked to extent of being mushy?! Hopefully this place will force the others along the street to up their game in terms of food and service!
