I have dined in nearly 10 times since its opening. To me, their signature dish is their breakfast. Today, I have ordered the set breakfast plus turnip cake. After the first bite of the turnip cake, I really want to shout out 'o-i-shi' It is full of dried little shrimp and it is extremely hot. It is full of turnip. I will give a full mark for this. The fried noodles are well fried, despite a little bit oily. The beef and oyster congree is wonderful. It contains 3-4 thumb like size oysters. (unluckily, I don't eat oysters since childhood) I can't held enchore for fried noodles. Since I was sitting near the window of the kitchen, I saw the cooks measuring the amount of salt with a pound. How sincere they are towards cooking, hope they will continue and keep it up! Except I really want to recommend their waitress should really look at the customers instead of always rashing from here and there. And hope they will not charge extra service as it is a bit too expensive.
