To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 未見過咁差既服務態度希望其他人唔好中伏放工諗住飲杯咖啡chill下見呢間收8點就想試大概7點20幾分黎到係門口望個menu店員亦見到我望緊然後當我入去order既時候佢地話已經收左我問唔係收8點？佢話7點半last order我再望手機7:31心諗咁我睇menu果陣未last又唔同我講？差1分鐘都趕客擺明唔想做生意

I’ve never had such bad experience in my life! As a customer, the service that I get is very important to me. Especially when you go to a coffee shop you just want to enjoy your coffee and relax. However, the lady at the counter was very rude and is the most unwelcoming person I’ve ever met! When I took my order, she speaks in an unfriendly manner and was very impolite. I was so angry that I decided to take my coffee away instead.Moreover, the shop has very limited space. You don’t have a decent space to sit in and the shops looks messy in general.

一開始認識18grams 是跟朋友一起出job在工作的地點享受了非常美味的特色早餐起初還以為是早餐店結果後來發現咖啡比早餐更出名有一次用餐時意外跟餐點了一杯Flat white從此就愛上了Flatwhite以前是Mocha的Fans之後斷斷續續嘗試了不同的咖啡暫時是我在香港最喜歡的咖啡店覺得能夠享用一杯好的咖啡，實在太幸福了奶的順滑度跟咖啡豆的香味恰到好處有一種一口鮮奶一口咖啡的感覺這次拍照去了銅鑼灣景隆街分店

今日試吓這家路邊咖啡店，雖然空間狹窄，但店內可看到室外街景，感覺寫意。店的另－邊設有街邊座，也有不少席上客。啡走$50這杯咖啡和%的spanish latte相比，大家同是用condensed milk, 這杯咖啡口感香滑，但沒有特別的甘香，味道比較溫和，感覺平平，是輕甜風味，沒有特別感覺。
