I've tried the famous chocolate cake here long time ago. As at that time,we need to buy the whole cake, I've tried the cake for one time only. Later, they do have ice-cream, mousse cupcakes. And this time, I discovered that they offer brownie too. Brownie is one of my favourite desserts. What special of this brownie is that it is a bit salty with a intense chocolate taste. l like the taste of brownie alone very much. But I think the taste of the chocolate ice-cream is just ordinary and comes not very well with the brownie. May be it's due to I always prefer a plain vanilla ice-crean with brownie. Also, the brownie is not hot enough that can't deliver a mixture of hot (brownie) & cold (ice-cream) feeling. But overall, I will say I love the taste of the brownie.
Supplementary Information: The restaurant offers too little seats for people to sit in. However, I was quite impressed by a server (girl) there. She introduced the dessert to me actively and nicely. After finished our dessert, she also asked our opinions and asked us to come again.Recommended Dish(es):

Ice creams are one of the best treats to people, and it's so easy to feel like craving for more especially when you have sweet tooth. If you're a chocolate lover, you wouldn't have not heard of Awfully Chocolate. Only speaking of their ice creams, their signature is that they use their own premium dark chocolate and natural ingredients to make their 'hei' ice cream which has a very rich and dense texture. At Langham Place, it's just so hard to resist when there are huge posters of Awfully Chocolate everywhere. It is merely a small shop with just a counter in the mall. There isn't any proper tables and seats in the shop, only a small table with two huge wooden chairs, which have a kind of antique style. To be frank, I don't think the combination of the 'antique' style chairs matches with the plain and modern counter, but that's just some very minor thing to mention. $28/scoop and $38 for double scoops, who wouldn't go for having double scoops then? One thing I really appreciated was that they really give you a full scoop. Every scoop was absolutely big and round. They won't cheat u at all for the ice cream scoops, and there could not be anything that worth a better value when it's even originally of a price absolutely reasonable. Me and my friend sat over those antique-looking chairs to savor our ice cream scoops. All I can say about the ice cream was that it's undeniably the best chocolate ice cream i have ever had before. The smoothness, velvet, and richness of the chocolate ice cream are completely unforgettable sensations. It indeed is silky, and the chocolate is really rich and dense but won't get heavy at all. It is so awfully awesome, and it just felt like it's never enough to have this chocolate ice cream!

I brought S and J here for some ice cream fix. They only do a single flavour here, "hei" ice cream, which comes in three sizes - single ($28), double ($38) or a pint ($68). The dark chocolate ice cream is plain, but after a spoon you'll know other add-ins are really unnecessary. It has a strong cocoa profile and has just the right sweetness - definitely one of my favourite chocolate ice creams, and for the chocoholics out there!

I used to be not too crazy about ice cream, especially chocolate ice cream, until I was introduced to dark chocolate ice cream...and then it just went downhill from there. I can't get enough dark chocolate ice cream! Luckily, there are many ice cream outlets in Hong Kong selling dark chocolate ice cream/sherbet/sorbet...and recently (just yesterday), I tried the one from Awfully Chocolate. Let's just say...it's awfully chocolatey and awfully smooth......an awfully generous serving for HK$28...in an awfully cute Chinese takeout box packaging with a couple of clever spoons to get every single bit of ice cream out of the corners of the box. Awfully delicious. Awfully adorable. My new favorite dark chocolate ice cream, can't wait to try their cakes.
