To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今年總於可以收爐了想都無想到Christmas holiday 一開始便有綠茶ice-cream 食。魚魚人形燒，［‘人形燒‘不是打錯字，在淺草的大街有很多不同形狀的動物燒餅，都是generally 叫‘人形燒’的鯛魚燒（たい焼き）- 這字的直譯］原來魚魚中間有奶黃吉士custard餡。當然，如果你鍾意紅豆餡多d，上面有的。而抹茶和紅豆夾唔夾，便見人見智了。我自己便不覺得他們夾的。Anyway，吉士餡幾好食，可以多d便好了

塊煮口感還好。但係調味非常奇怪，陣香草味入口變成一陣好重的藥水味（因為香草的味道太濃，蓋過了其他味道），非常懷疑設計menu果位究竟有無食過，知唔知自己煮緊乜🙄伴碟的薯泥加咗黑松露調味 味道都好奇怪下，不過呢啲口味嘅嘢，可能有人好鍾意黑松露都唔出奇。黃色的汁同雜菜乃至豬鞍亦都非常唔match。成碟嘢不同的部分都是各種奇奇怪怪的味道組成的奇奇怪怪的組合。一食落口就知出事，唔知點解會放呢個menu出來。🤔

IKEA有餐廳已經係創意，久吾久都有新餐式出，聖誕限定，豬鞍配薯蓉好味ok，仲有牛油帶子雜菌意粉，個賣相就好靚，食落味道就馬馬地，同埋個意粉食落個口感似伊麵多0的，個蔬菜薯餅好好味，雞翼味道馬馬地。最開心係可以推車仔拎野食
