in my heart, the most tasty gelato in hong kong is Bibini. I go there once a month and tried many taste.I went to Sai kung yesterday and bought a cup of gelato.the taste is still good. but the attitude of the waitress is bad. not enthusiastic, the facial expression is a bit impolite. the waitress changed a lot. I remembered there is a foreign waitress before, much better services delivered. Takeaway Wait Time: 0 minute(s)

Was not intending to have gelato because I just had some froyo, but they had popcorn gelato which is not often on the menu so I got a cup for $27. As well as that they had cheddar cheese gelato which was interesting. The taste of the popcorn gelato had that popcorn taste, it was light and fluffy like marshmallow spread that you get from the US. Anyway I am looking forward to gelato in croissant which is available in September, similar to eating toast with ice-cream.
popcorn, cheddar cheese

This is seriously the best Gelato store in Town!!!!!! Based on what reason? I am European and i have tried many gelato stores to know how proper Gelato should taste like, in my 20 yrs residence. Geez the boss even sources his ingredients from all over the World. TRUE PASSION TO BRING EXCELLENCE AND GENUINE EUROPEAN taste to HK!!! Argue as much as you want!! Fact and Period!!!! We could compare European love affair for beautiful cars and good gelato to HK's love affair to Horse racing, gambling, Milk tea, cha siu fan etc. Ordered: Pistachio, Milk and Green Tea Texture: Smooooth, Creamy, Light, SOFT Flavour: Sweetened just enough Milk taste fresh Ingredients taste top notch This place caused me to leave work early from central just to satisfy my craving for proper gelato (3rd time). I really shoud stop doing that My mouth will touch no other Gelato in HK other than Bibini. Ciao! Takeaway Wait Time: 1 minute(s)

After reading the review by HK Epicurus, it was commented that the vanilla was stronger than anticipated, however I was looking forward to that taste. I don't usually bother with Vanilla ice-creams, because they all taste the same, except for WALL's cream of cornish. So I was hoping to find that taste again. Surprisingly, when I tried it, it tasted like the cream of cornish I was expecting, however after getting through half of it, my taste buds started to get accustomed to it so it started tasting like normal vanilla ice-cream. As well as vanilla, I also got the Champagne sorbet; it was icy opaque in the cabinet, which made it irresistible. The sorbet melted in my mouth, into pure refreshing liquid, it wasn’t too sweet either, but it had the real bitterness of champagne, ten minutes later, the effects of alcohol started to show! Hence there was a very high content of alcohol in it. It would be interesting if they did Beer sorbet too. They had local flavours too such as Durian, Milk tea. For improvements, I think they should buy proper lids instead of using cling-film to wrap it for takeaways. My fingers were rather sticky from unwrapping the cling-film from the cup. Overall the ice-creams tastes really nice, and the texture was very soft, the spoon glides in it very effortlessly.

Share a cone of pistachio gelato with my BF, it was extremely delicious. His lemon gelato was too sour to him. Overall impression was good and will try milk favor or durian favor next time. Takeaway Wait Time: 0 minute(s)

Came to Sai Kung to try a few shops I was keen on visiting. BIBINI is a new gelati shop, mostly 'home made' by a friendly Italian Guy, promising no artificial colours and trans fat. Ordered these flavours: Texture of their frozen gelato is not icy but more syrupy, I personally think there's slightly too much dextrose and other things to achieve this texture, but it was enjoyable in the end.
Its already More Natural than many other Shops ..
Many Flavours, Some Italian, Some HK !
Clockwise from Top: Vanilla, Pistachio, Coffee

Got off a marvelous boat trip and need some cooling treat! I am Pistachio Gelato lover, so I went straight for Pistachio and Chocolate flavour. $28 for 2 generous scoops Pistachio - GREAT! Very flavourful!! Nutty and creamy... Chocolate - Classic dark chocolate, goes great with the Pistachio and create a sort of "Chocolate-covered-Pistachio" flavour gelato!! Tried their Milk Tea flavour as well and it's not a bad fusion idea!!! I have read story on magazine about the love story between the Italian owner and his HK wife, which I think add more romatic flavours to all their gelato!
